I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut (Boniface location) and waited over an hour past the expected delivery time. When the order was already 15 minutes late, we tried calling the store—twice. No one answered. Pizza Hut customer service transferred me back to the store, and still no response.
At that point, I drove to the store to request a refund. There were about five employees behind the counter, but no one acknowledged me despite repeatedly saying hello. Eventually someone came over, and I could see our pizzas had been sitting out for close to two hours.
To make matters worse, when we opened one of the boxes, there was a hair on the pizza.
We asked for a full refund and did not take the food. Between the lack of communication, complete disregard for customers, extremely old food, and sanitation issues, this experience was unacceptable.
I strongly recommend not ordering from the Boniface location. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. Pizza Hut, offers delivery, but can’t read delivery instructions. They need to call to confirm the delivery before actually dropping it off. Instead they take it back and cancel the order when they can’t follow directions. Specifically this location, the manager proceeds to provide excuses and as a customer, I don’t care. “We’re short staffed. Only two of us working. She’s cooking the pizza and I’m working the front.” Now I’m $50 down, no food, and the refund is 3-5 business days. Thanks Pizza Hut. Rather order sicilys. Shitty pizzas but at least they get my order right and delivers.

Never ever going to order from here again! First of all the NY’er pizza was more like a cracker than a “foldable” pizza. I mean when we did fold it it cracked and crumbled, nothing like a good NY pizza for sure. The pan pizza was on the thin side as well, its like the dough didn’t even rise, guess that yeast was all dead, probably from being old dough is was that tells me. It also tasted horribly sweet like it got prepped in the dessert station. To top it all off the fries were so pitiful I had to count them bits and all. I’m not usually petty on these things but we received a total of 22 fries/bits for $5.29, that’s $0.24 per fry/bit. Save your money from this place, order from one of the local shops or even one of the other many chains that get it right.

I ordered a pizza that was delivered raw, the chicken was burnt, I called 11 times and nobody will answer the phone, I called every number and not even the call people could get ahold of the store. I will neverrrrrr order from here again! I spent over $60 for nobody to answer the phone is disgusting after sending out raw food. They really need to find new people

Tried to call an hr after I ordered, automated machine had no record of my order, my card was charged, attempted to call the store directly but it rang for about 5 mins before I gave up! Should’ve read the reviews before I ordered!!! Lesson learned!

I ordered for delivery online through the Pizza Hut website somehow it said it was directed to the door dash driver the dashers shows up with my food and asked for the money and told me and my kids we suppose to pay mind you it’s already been paid for online they drove off I go in the house open the food ITS NOT MY ORDER ! Omg at this point my kids are starving and so am I I call the store no answer I call back again says the store is no longer taking any phone calls I go online to find other ways to get a hold of someone NOTTHING I did put in a request for a call back saved my receipt I will be talking to someone tomorrow I spent around 38-39 dollars and got the wrong food I got someone name Johnson’s order some buffalo chicken pizza which I do not eat ew most def need a refund or my food replaced for sure. I don’t know what’s going on with Boniface location but something ain’t right. the doordasher looked pretty upset because they did not get tipped or paid for what they did for Pizza Hut neither it was a hot mess there is for sure fraud going on with the money there like they pocketing the money but sending the dashers out to do the work for them.

While waiting for my order, which was 30 minutes late, I saw the manager go out to his running car multiple times and even leave for gas. as a customer I would think that cooking and delivering the food would be more important.

If you haven’t been to this Pizza Hut location on Boniface in a while- definitely come back! When we first moved here mid summer 2021- we were homesick for Pizza Hut and this location was def going thru some changeover at the time. I can tell you- consistency is key (gave them 5 stars 3 months ago and my review hasn’t changed!) and this location is consistently excellent in cheap eats and customer service! Faith was awesome! She helped me at the register for my carryout order- made sure I checked that everything was good before I left- the food was fresh and looked great- was even better when I finally got to try it when I got home! I am on a super restricted diet so this was definitely worth the cheat meal! The chicken Alfredo pasta is much better than the previous version! Pros- great customer service and cheap eats make it worth the visit for carryout!
We typically get thin crust pepperoni w extra cheese- excellent carry out special AND food is fresh and delicious!! 10 out of 10 recommend this location on Boniface- thanks!!

If I could give it a zero I would have, I ordered online. My pizza was supposed to be here at 12:49 it is now 2:13 still no pizza. Kids are hungry. So I called the store they said my pizza has been ready for the driver to pick up but there still waiting on him to return. Mean while they have no idea when my pizza will be delivered. Never oder from this place again, when you look at the date of the dipping sauces they are from the year 2022 it is now 2025. When I got there to go and retrieve my own pizza I did not get my delivery fee back I was there 3 hours later to pick up my pizza they said they had it in the warmer the whole time waiting for the delivery guy to come back what they don’t tell you is that they don’t have a delivery driver and they’re relying on doordash now door Dash is usually pretty good about picking it up but the lady said that the button on the machine wouldn’t allow her to push the door dash button and she doesn’t call anybody back to let them know that it might be best for them to pick up their own pizza which I would have gladly done
