I am putting this in a review, because verbally telling your employees seems to do nothing or effect their efforts to do a better job or what is ask of them. I wanted fiesta potatoes, I told your employee that I didn’t want them if they were not fresh, but more often then not when I get them from this location they are so hard that you cannot chew them….and that was the case tonight. So here is your solution…don’t make the darn things until customers order them if all you are going to do is serve us product that we can’t even chew! This location used to be a great store, but this generation of none caring teen employees makes it harder & harder for customers to want to eat there. I know I am not the only person who feels this way. And sadly most of the restaurants now days are in the same predicament. So here is what I am going to say to all teens…you all need to wake up & realize that the world is not always going to cater to you poor behavior & lack of caring about the quality of work you provide. Bigger & better paying jobs in the future will look at your past job performance even at places like Taco Bell & decide whether or not they want to hire you. If you want higher paying companies to look at you in the future, put better effort into every job you do today. Do better Gen Z !!

Literally THE ABSOLUTE BEST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! I can’t believe how clean it is in here! My family of 4 all ordered & our food was ready in like .2 seconds. I ordered a Cinnabon iced coffee & it’s literally the best thing I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. My Mexican pizza was spot on as well. Not to mention the girl that took our order was super sweet!!!!! If i could give more stars i would.

Dined in on a Monday for lunch. Place was empty except one other person who was already seated eating. Stood at the counter for a few minutes with several staff noticing me but not greeting or offering to wait on me. Finally noticed the computers where you can order your own food. Took it upon myself to order through it since no one else was interested in assisting me. If this is the way you order there, why not place a simple sign asking customers to order their own food. Once food was ordered, took a seat and food came out relatively quick but no drinks. Had to ask for cups. Drink dispenser was disarrayed and dirty. Ample stock of condiments, napkins, cup lids and straws. Trash can was nearly empty so that was good. Lobby/dining room seem clean and dim lit (per decor choice). Ate and left without a single word from staff.
