Maybe is understaffed or manager is incompetent.
There is no busboy to clean tables and pick up after.
Boxes are on the customer area instead of the working area.
Some lights aren’t working.
One door it’s been left out letting flies in.
Food is great, but i waited half hour to get my order.
In short, I’ll be keeping buying here, but only a take out, i won’t eat in here.
Door says open at 9:30am, it is still closed at 10:00 am.

I’m a person that never writes reviews, but the blatant disrespect for the customer’s time and nonchalant attitude about it took the cake. I came in on my day off and thought I’d enjoy a ceviche tostada before running errands. The place had only one couple that was already seated and eating when I walked in. I figured it would be a quick bite since the place was empty. I thought wrong. From the time I placed my order to the time I was called to pick up my food was upward of 25 minutes. In an almost empty establishment. When I inquired about why it would take so long for a cold dish that should’ve already been made for the day, she (the cashier) giggled and couldn’t give me a real answer. The costly food is good, but the service get’s 4 thumbs down.

I’m giving it 3 stars for 2 reasons I think are important. The service & the price. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk in and possibly be seated during busy hours. For the lack of services, I knock off a star. Secondly, the prices are a little over the top. Don’t get me wrong, the food is really really good! I come and eat here all the time, but it really feels too pricey from what they are selling. The place is nice to eat, has an AC to keep the place cool. Lots of seafood to eat and very clean. But again, my main reasons is the price and service of this place. I feel like it can be improved upon because it can be. So I hope that they can over look their business some.

The only reason I gave 2 stars is becouse the food had poor taste the flavor just wasn’t what I expected but everything else was just rite staff service locations ok oh watch out for the electrical wires out in the parking lot My car got Bird droppings all over it I had just washed it

The food is good but that’s about it. So maybe go here for take out but it’ll cost you a pretty penny. They don’t do actual waiter work so no tip to leave here, the place is as deserted as can be seen in the pics i posted. I ordered a shrimp and octopus tostada which was good but it had like four shrimps on it and more octopus but i would give it a four star for taste and presentation, it would be higher if they had given me more tostadas or some crackers if i needed them, but i had nothing extra aside for one extra tostada by itself. I also ordered filete empanizado which was also good and that plate i would give a good 4 stars, for it to be a perfect. I was not given anything to eat my main dish, even though they asked me when i ordered if i wanted tostadas or tortillas, i said i usually have it with bread the cashier told me i could have it with bread but when i looked at the receipt it was 3 dollars extra for the bread. They put rice and lettuce with the fish filet and some diced tomatoes with what seemed to be some kind of red sauce. I recommend having along fries on the plate but whatever, everybody prepares it differently. When the plates came, they give them to you at the counter so you carry it to your table. The whole experience was super strange cause i wouldn’t call this place a restaurant, it’s a takeout mariscos place. I don’t know what cachanilla means but I’ve been to some other places with the cachanilla name in them and this is not a place I would recommend to go eat.
