Icy customer service and subpar experience. Ice cream was chewy and had ice crystals /freezer burn..it tasted awful. The hot dog pretzel bites with mustard were good, but the terrible customer service from the young guy working last Sunday left a terrible aftertaste.

They have chairs inside so you can enjoy your food.
The staff is super friendly and nice.
This was my first time going, and will probably only go back if Im ever at that Walmart. I love Pretzels specially Pretzel Maker and this place fell short to both Pretzel Maker and Auntie Annes. To me the pretzels were lacking flavor.
Anywho this is more of a passer by place in case youre there type of place.

I came to buy mozzarella cheese bread and was told to wait 10–15 minutes because the female staff was out. When she returned, she clearly rushed and turned the heat too high — the bread was burnt outside and all the cheese melted out. After waiting so long, I ended up with something ruined and inedible.
If this shop keeps employees with such irresponsible attitudes, customers will have no reason to ever come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered combined on Door Dash. As I’ve done in the past, with no issues. This time I’m so grossed out. Get to the bottom of my cinnamon bites and the last 2 have BANDAIDS!!! BANDAIDS on them!

First time coming to America and I heard that Wetzels was a very popular pretzel place to visit. Absolutely delicious items, especially the jalaroni and pizza bits. Leandro was such a wonderful employee, everything was perfect and he was such a delight, recommending me items that were absolutely delicious. I came in 11ish in the morning and he was running the place confidently and swiftly by himself. He was very professional and tending to myself and other customers with full attention.

I order to go through doordash. It’s sooooo good. The dough is soft and buttery. This pretzel is not sweet ( if you’re used to American sweet standard) it’s a balance between saltiness and sweetness, really like it. I didn’t order dips since I wasn’t too sure how sweet it’d be, but I think it will pair well with dips! I really like it. It’s the tastiest pretzel I tried by far. The portion is HUGE.

This used to be my go to pretzel place. But the past two times they have messed up my order. The first time I got only pretzel bites and they gave me hotdogs?? The order after that I did their buy 1 get 1 free so I was supposed to get 6 bags (and paid for them) and received 3. This place is kinda falling down hill tbh….. the wait time is always ridiculous too.

we wanted parmesan pretzels and they didn’t have that. when they told us to pick something else, we decided on the cheesy dog bites but they told us it was out of stock even though we came quite early. the options were extremely limited. we started waiting for the food and decided to go around walmart to buy some drinks since we didn’t get them in the store, we left for a bit and came back, our food wasn’t ready and we had to wait longer. there was nothing wrong with that but the people after us left before us. when we started eating it, the food was good but always a hint of extra salt then normally, the sauces were also salty on top of that. the pizza sauce just tasted like ketchup. the prices were really high in my opinion, i think i could’ve gotten a better portion at other places for the price of twenty dollars for two things.
the good thing that is the workers. all the workers there were trying their best, giving out good customer service, and not taking often breaks! overall, bad food but good workers. i recommend if you’re walking around walmart and get hungry or if you want to try something new.

Came to Walmart and my son wanted a pretzel so I thought I’d give it a try but the guy working the back with an eyebrow piercing and arm tattoo was really disrespectful and I they had balloons all over the dinning area flying freely and my 3 year old son wanted a balloon so I he picked one out and the guy said he can’t have one and took it away and refused to give me my pretzel that I paid for, so we gave him back his balloon and we got our cold pretzel and for being rude and disrespectful to my son that is on the Spectrum I took the balloon in the end, so he went out of the way to call the police on a 3 year old for taking a balloon a latex cheap balloon, even the police were being nice about it and said that they shouldn’t dealing with calls like that and apologize on they behalf, what an experience, also the employee probably didn’t like that I noticed that he was making his own pizza looking food not on the menu using company resources I hope they review the camera footage of the whole situation
