I really don’t understand the high star reviews and comments about the food being amazing here! This place was good at one time but not any more! The owners / management have changed and it really shows. Over the last few years I have really noticed a big drop in the quality of the food and today I thought I would give it a go again and WOW, I can honestly say I am so beyond disappointed. I don’t have any desire to go back anymore.
I had sweet and sour chicken combo with fried rice and egg roll. The chicken was extremely rubbery, so chewy and terrible flavor on the breading. The rice is a short grain rice so it is like eating mush when it mixes with the sweet and sour sauce which was pretty bland and must come right out of a can. The egg roll was not terrible but definitely not something I would order again. Overall I had a few bites and gave up, threw it all in the trash. The food quality is terrible. If they expect to survive in a market where food costs are high then the quality should match.
I travel a lot for work and I enjoy a good Chinese restaurant. I’ve been to them in many different areas and I feel that I’ve had Chinese food that was amazing and others that were less than desirable. Even though people are raving about the food being amazing at this location, I just don’t see it. Perhaps I’m coming in on the unlucky night when they have a Cook that doesn’t care, but I’ve been here a handful of times and I’ve never had anything that I would consider to be amazing.

I usually don’t order egg rolls at Chinese restaurants , I was at wahfu for dinner last week , ordered egg rolls appetizer , vegetable delight and shrimp fried rice, l loved their egg rolls surprise me tasted very good fresh inside and warp crispy. I ordered a couple more for the next day to heat up the microwave still good eat with the hot mustard and sweet sauce I was saw the customer they all have it , I asked restaurant waitress said customers order a lot everyday kitchen make it so keep fresh. Compared to other Chinese restaurants, the waitress and service was nice. Good to try. I will go next time.

I never write reviews, but I have to! Amazing food, clean restaurant, friendly staff. I called at 8:55pm when they close at 9pm because my boyfriend was sick and needed soup. They waited for me and allowed me to buy soup and a few other items. Super good food and very friendly staff. We always go here, but this was just a reminder of why we keep going!!

Wah Fu was a pleasant surprise. In the Middlebury plaza, next to Bagley grill, this little gem is just that; a find.

I got to it quickly! Ordered the freshest, most flavorful wonton soup I have ever had! Next up the Szechuan Gia Kew.
Wow! This spicy chicken stir fry was amazing. The chicken was so fresh and tender! I can actually imagine it walking about hours before! So well balanced with flavor and the appropriate balance of spice and flavor. The best thing, you can ask the chef to hold the msg.
Overall, very satisfying! I will find my way back.

The food was unappetizing, dry, and not fresh. Ordered shrimp lo main , the entire portion contained only two shrimp, the rest was pasta and stale, dry vegetables.Never again, the food wasn’t even worth a few cents; we had to throw away more than half of it.
