I wasn’t expecting much from here until I walked in and saw how packed it was! I can get very picky with my pho and this place exceeded my expectations. Starting with some appetizers. The wings were perfect, great flavor with a nice crunch. The spring rolls were absolutely on point. I’m not a spring roll guy but the meat had great flavor and the peanut sauce was awesome. The crab ragoon was absolutely perfect as well. I got the pho combo and upgraded to the big bowl. I’m glad I did because the leftovers were just as good the next day. The noodles were on point, the meat was all cooked perfect and it had a good amount. The atmosphere was nothing special, just a nice little place to eat and chill. I also feel all the prices were extremely fair.

Visiting Wisconsin got us staying near the area, so we have to check out the local ‘urb dining choices. Pho has always been comforting in cold weather. Pho Ever didn’t disappoint. Staff are friendly and efficient. Pho were great! We enjoyed dining here. Highly recommended

They give you pretty good size portions, the meat just didn’t taste as fresh. My stomach was kinda of bubbly the rest of the day. I’ve been to a few pho spots and I usually feel really good after but not this time around. It was really good and flavorful but just not for me.

I haven’t had pho in ages and was in the Hales Corner area. I am so happy I picked this place. The seafood pho was AMAZING. I especially love the quail eggs. I will definitely be back!!

Looking for a delicious and unique flavor -try Pho Ever in Hales Corners. My son picked up an entree for me, that included shredded chicken, noodles, bean sprouts, broth, onions and some spices. It had a wonderful, fresh and healthy taste. This was enough food for two meals. I’ll be back to try some other entrees.

After today’s experience, I likely won’t be returning. We arrived around 11 a.m., and the restaurant was not busy—most guests were already being attended to. Our server (the man wearing a red bandana) gave us an unpleasant look and rolled his eyes after we politely asked for a few more minutes to review the menu, even after placing our appetizer order. That reaction was extremely off-putting and unprofessional.
The food itself was great, which made the service even more disappointing. If you do decide to visit, I’d recommend requesting a different server and being ready to order right away to avoid a similar experience.

Seafood curry. Comes with qail eggs. All veggies cooked perfect. Nothing is slimey. Bold very distinct flavors all in one bowl but not melted together but maybe 10%. Very goof cooks. Prices are right for current area. A must try for date night or a quick phone order and pick up. Very cultured to there home not ours. Fabulous voices. Pitches. Tones. Can do attitudes and just a pleasant experience. Will bring a date here ASAP. Servings very large but expected for price.

I was going to a different restaurant in the same plaza but went to Pho Ever instead because I love pho. I was pleasantly surprised! A lot of other pho restaurants under cook their noodle or the soup is too bland, but not Pho Ever. Their pho noodle had perfectly cooked texture, and the soup was great. The bean sprouts was fresh. The only minor thing was the beef tenon was maybe cooked slightly too long that it was too soft for my liking, but that’s just a -0.5 on a 12/10 score

First time dining in and the food was delicious! I got the Pho Ever Special and the broth was really good! They give you a good amount of noodles for their regular size and they’re pretty generous on the meat as well! My boyfriend had gotten the Special Combination fried rice and that was also super yummy! We also got some spring rolls and fried chicken dumplings on the side and that was good. Staff was super friendly and it was very clean inside. We had someone refilling our waters every now and then which was really great. 10/10 would come back again!

Excellent Pho! I’ll be back! I was in the neighborhood and too early for an appointment, so I stopped in for carry-out pho to eat later for lunch. I ordered a regular sized tenderloin pho. With a 20% tip it was a bit over $20. The pho was packed in 3 containers, one with noodles and scallions, one with a huge portion of bean sprouts, jalapenos, basil, lime and two packs of raw tenderloin, and a quart sized container of broth. It also came with three small condiments – chili oil, siracha and something thicker and savory brown… I don’t know what it was. It also came with soup, fork and chopsticks. I put the broth in a BIG bowl and nuked it til it was piping hot, then put in all the extras. (I only used about a third of the noodles, but that was more than enough.) OMG, it was delicious! I’m not a pho connoisseur, I just discovered it this year… but I aspire to be one! I get it when dining out and have also made it at home. This ties with number one for my favorite homemade recipe made with tenderloin and charred back ribs. The portion was huge, I could not come close to finishing it, but I ate all the bean sprouts and meat. It was so good that I strained what was left and put the broth in the freezer. Very highly recommended. I also want to mention that the staff was very friendly and service was super speedy.
