Stopped by to buy a last minute birthday cake and some bread around 4. They were not very friendly but they had a cute cake. When we went to cut into the cake at 10 pm my sister in law opened it and immediately said it smells moldy. Looking closer you can see the mold. I’m going to go all for a refund today but this is unacceptable. How are they not checking their product?

The bolillo is delicious! Absolutely the best in the valley. Customer service is also very good one of the ladies Carla is always so attentive and super friendly. Which is awesome because it makes it an overall great experience! Definitely ordering my bday cake here soon

If you don’t want your child or event to be disappointed, don’t order from here! I ordered a cake for my daughter and tried to pick it up on the scheduled day and they did not make it. The lady said they forgot to make it and gave me back my money.

The bread is always fresh. The attendant is always smiling and willing to help. The tortillas are great. I stop a couple times a month on the way back from my VA appts to get them. Ready to heat up and eat.

We came from out of town and were in the area. We went inside and no one greeted us. There was one worker. When i tried to get her attention to ask about a certain empanada (because there is nothing labeled), she ignored me first and then I said “disulpa tengo un a pregunta”. Then all she did was point to where the apple empanadas were but there were 3 other types and didnt want to show me until i said “me puede ir a enseñar cuales si es que puede” she finally helped but it felt like I was bothering her. I should have left but my sister and mom were getting sweet bread as well. She was so unhelpful. Receipt says her name is Michell. We were there at 3:14pm. The sweet bread was good but I don’t think I will ever go back due to the service! And I will be posting my review on other apps as well.

Found a staple inside one of the cupcakes, be cautions before eating. Staff also wasnt wearing any protective masks nor gloves when placing the items on box.
