On the positive side, the service was genuinely great. The food itself wasn’t bad, but in a city with so many outstanding Italian and steakhouse options, it just felt very average. Overall, the experience was just ok, and for the price we paid, the quality of the food didn’t quite measure up. The steak was good but not exceptional, and the pastas were fine, though nothing stood out. The one dish we truly enjoyed was the octopus carpaccio, which was excellent.
Overall, the restaurant was okay, but there wasn’t anything compelling enough to bring us back.
The food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everything about the experience felt thoughtful and luxurious. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a special night out.
This is a 10 out of 10 for me. I would definitely advise couples, friends, and families to come together and experience the luxury, old-vintage restaurant feeling for themselves.
The host did not greet us and appeared focused on coat check for a larger group. Host area seemed chaotic.l, even though there were 4 employees in that area. We were still not acknowledged and stepped up and shared we had a reservation. Finally after 10 minutes we were seated between two groups of 10 plus. It was loud! We asked to be sat elsewhere and they did.
When seated again, what looked like 2 managers stood looking over the dining room, chatting with each other and looking at their phones. Maybe they could have greeted us when we arrived or helped organize the host area.
Our server was excellent- attentive, thorough and helpful. The food was all excellent. Meatballs are great and the chopped salad was fabulous. The roasted garlic and steak seasoning are so good!
Our new table was quieter and we enjoyed the ambiance. We did not have time for dessert due to 7 pm concert tickets.
We were seated at the chef’s table, which made the night feel extra special and elevated. Watching the kitchen in action added a unique and intimate touch to the celebration.
Fabio, our server, was absolutely incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made us feel celebrated. His recommendations were spot-on, the pacing of the evening was perfect, and his energy elevated the entire experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. Will at the front door was warm, welcoming, and professional, setting the tone for a wonderful evening right from the entrance.
Between the exceptional service, ambiance, and attention to detail, Fioretta is the perfect place to celebrate a milestone or special occasion. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to ring in 32.
Highly recommend I will absolutely be back.
The restaurant was packed, so the wait time was a little longer than expected, but the staff did an excellent job making sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Their service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful.
The food was fantastic, especially the steak. We ordered the New York strip, and it was cooked perfectly. I’ll definitely comeback!
A special thank you to the manager, Jose Herrera, who truly went above and beyond. He frequently checked on us, made sure everything was going smoothly, and treated us with genuine care and professionalism. His attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out and made our experience even better.
With incredible food and exceptional service, this is definitely a place I would come back to. I fully recommend Fioretta to anyone looking for a high-quality dining experience.
Our server had good wine recommendations. The red blend by the glass was good. The wines by the glass are fairly pricy, but the meal overall was a pretty good value.
We were seated at a a low top/booth table in the bar area, which was comfy. However, it was fairly close to the entry door so every time someone entered or exited the restaurant, a blast of cold air would hit us.
It is a fairly loud atmosphere in the bar area and conversation was a little tough to hear at times. Once the live band started, the noise level was better. I would come back to see other live music here.
We had the shrimp scampi starter and honestly, it was the best shrimp, let alone scampi I’ve ever had! (A must try). The delmonico steak was great and so was the king crab linguine and finished with the olive oil cake which was super moist.
My only disappointment was that the king crab linguine wasnt topped with a lump/leg of king crab meat as pictured in some of the review photos posted. The tiny bits of king crab meat mixed into the creamy sauce was lost. A miss at this price point.
Oh yeah, the old fashioned was perfect.
