This place is HORRIBLE! I’ve tried and tried again to give them chances because I truly love Paneras food however every time I come through the drive though it has consistently taken 30 min for a SANDWICH. No apologies for how long it takes and mind you I’m not an inpatient person at the window- I wait. On top of that my last order I only received HALF a sandwich and the wrong one!! I ordered a chicken frontega and this is not that. So disappointing and time is money I will NOT be back here.

I waited for 10 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The person in front of me even walked out after waiting too long. I think it was a cook who came out to get a drink and asked if we had been helped. They were the one who found someone for us. The woman who came out did not make eye contact with us or smile. I even tried making conversation which went nowhere. I loved this place when they opened. What happened? I stopped coming years ago because of the poor quality and it is still terrible.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable service I received at your establishment today.
Despite being the only car in the drive-through line, I waited for 30 minutes. When I finally reached the window, my order was incorrect. I ultimately had to go inside the restaurant to request a refund, which the manager issued very slowly.
This experience was highly disappointing and reflects a significant lack of efficiency and customer service. I hope you will take the necessary steps to address these service issues immediately, or politely please close your doors for good.

Alissa was the one who took my order and ran the plates out to us. She told us all the new and popular sandwiches for us and the prices. She is very sweet and patient. The team was quick with our food! Thank you, I will definitely be coming back here more!

24 dollars for this. No wonder this place is empty at lunch time..my sandwich was basicly dry whatever they spread on there looked like it was done with a paint brush..should have gone to firehouse subs!

Answered all of my questions. Because of Genny I will be back. I ordered the salad with strawberries on it and a half sandwich with avocado club or something like that. The food was delicious.
