All the Starbucks in this area are so slow. I don’t know why because employees are always working but I feel like I watch 30 cars go through drive through before I get my drink when I go inside and if I go to the drive through I sit there for 20 min? The only cheat I’ve found is the Barns and Nobles on 41. They have a Starbucks inside and it’s quick and the drinks are great! Maybe because there’s no drive through? All I know is Starbucks obviously tracks every interaction they know or they should know when we’re waiting 15 and 20 minutes for a drink. That’s totally unacceptable by any metric. I can say that I go to Starbucks probably 1/3 the amount of times I used to I just can’t waste 20-30 minutes of my life waiting on coffee.

This is the slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to. I used to come to this starbucks all the time , but i’ve quit going for the past maybe six months now because I’d be late for work every single time due to sitting in the drive through for literally 25+ minutes. There isn’t usually a whole ton of cars waiting either..maybe just 3 or 4 in line and still the wait is INSANE. By the time i got my food today(after trying this location once again) it was cold and hard. I don’t know what changed,the speed and service used to be 5 stars and today I’m unfortunately giving a 1 in hopes some management will see this and work on their drive Through times. For reference,the time of day this usually happens is anywhere from 3pm til close..not sure what it’s like in the a.m.

went to the drive thru today and the girl at the window forgot my food so i had to come back and said she would reheat it instead of giving me a new one? very rude, i said thank you and got dirty looks not impressed by the service or drink/food. she also didn’t give me my change back lollll

I do online orders, every time I got my coffee there is always some sign on it written by someone in this coffee shop! I wanna say thank you all, it makes my day every time I order a new coffee! ❤️❤️❤️

This location is 50/50. Nice people, nice atmosphere, amazing location. It’s the execution of order details. Can’t tell you how many times, over last 10 yrs, that I’ve had to take coffee back because the order wasn’t right. Completely understand everyone is human and we all make mistakes, but it’s really frustrating. Kinda scratching my head wondering why location asks what you would like and then makes something completely different. Also, when I bring my coffee back (drive thru) to show the wrong drink, they refuse to dispose of the drink due to health reasons. I get it. I do. However, maybe put a garbage can at end of drive thru so the customers can dispose. Just a thought.
