I live in an area that does not have Texas Roadhouse so I was excited to finally try one! It was very busy but they were efficient. Some handicap parking for my mom was very narrow. The place was clean and had a great american vibe in which they honor veterans.
The rolls were amazing 10/10
filet was tender and cooked perfectly 10/10
I didn’t love the green beans but I’m sure that is a personal choice.
shrimp was good
I really loved the salad! honey mustard dressing was delicious!!!
I was glad I went!

Reception happily greeted us at 4:30 p.m. on a Tuesday and took our cell # to await the other 2 in our party. We were walked to a beautiful large booth, great corner spot, and greeted by a very professional server. The place was filling up SO quickly. The hostess seated us with a basket of warm, freshbrolls and honey cinnamon butter, wow! We all had sirloin grilled to perfection and my shrimp was SO flavorful (on a skewer). Loaded baked potato was great too.
The mocktails were so tasty and we were so full that we took some desserts to go (apple pie and ice cream and strawberry cheesecake, so fresh. New couldn’t ask for more! Thanks so much, T.R.!

Texas Roadhouse in Murrells Inlet consistently delivers a great dining experience. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared—especially the steaks, ribs, and signature rolls, which are hard to beat. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable for the quality you receive.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and works hard to keep things moving even during busy times. Despite how packed it can get, service remains efficient and welcoming, and servers do a good job checking in without rushing you.
The atmosphere is lively and fun, making it a great spot for families, couples, or casual nights out. Clean dining areas and a well-managed operation add to the overall positive experience.
Highly recommended if you’re in Murrells Inlet and looking for reliable food, good service, and a consistently enjoyable meal.

Never thought I’d see the day when Texas Roadhouse became the value brand of restaurants but that’s really what they are now. They’re the only chain restaurant I can think of that hasn’t changed their food and made it worse while also raising prices for everything. The food is as good as it was 20 years ago. The steaks they use are still the best quality cuts and are always cooked perfectly. The sides are large portions and many to choose from. The yeast rolls and cinnamon butter are the same fresh baked goodness they’ve always been. And now they give you a bag of peanuts you can take home with you. Margaritas are only $5, and that’s the normal price, not a promotion. I got the upsized 8oz filet mignon with loaded potato (only a $1.20 up charge for cheese, bacon, sour cream) and it was still only $29, and my friend got an 18oz bone in ribeye for only $30. This is surprisingly the only Texas Roadhouse is the entire Myrtle Beach area, so the store was extremely busy, as it always is, but we still didn’t have to wait more than about 15 minutes for a table. The hostess’ and our server was very friendly and helpful. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, textbook medium rare, and the subtle seasoning on the steaks are really good. This store is pretty close to our house so we eat here fairly often and it’s always good, whether we dine in or get a curbside take out order. Never once had a problem or bad experience here but I’m confident that the employees would make sure to fix it and make things right if we ever did have an issue.

I love sharing my experiences especially when they are great ones. I came to this Texas Roadhouse to celebrate my birthday it was just me the waitress I had name was Jennifer I don’t know if it’s more than one Jennifer there, but if it is the one I am speaking about has curly hair with a bang. she was wonderful. I love her personality she was very welcoming I was undecisive about the menus. she help me order the perfect thing great attitude great manners checked on me refilled my drink made sure everything I had was delicious. she made sure I didn’t need anything they were very busy so I know that she had a lot of guests, but she still gave me the attention that I needed even though the atmosphere was very overwhelming, she still was so attentive I really appreciate her spirit. she brightened up my evening, thank you Jennifer! you’re awesome!

I hate giving one star reviews. We ordered two 12 oz ribeyes. We received them and neither one was cooked right not even close. So the manager came took them back and cooked some new ones. This time both rare. I eat medium rare to med. My wife eats hers medium. They offered to cook them some more.My wife sent hers back and I kept mine. Knowing my wife would get hungry later on we ordered chicken with mushrooms to go. We got it home and it was cooked to death like leather. So I paid 80 bucks for this experience. Really disappointed in this Texas Roadhouse.

I went to this restaurant on a very special day for me; I was very excited about a big change in my life. Since I knew this restaurant, I decided to take my family there. We were very well received. I placed my order and my wife’s order, and the total came to $107. Everything was fine until then. When I paid, in my excitement, I accidentally added a tip of $115. I immediately informed the waitress, who “supposedly informed the manager,” and she told me the money would be returned to my account, but it never was. I called my bank, and the restaurant’s response was that nothing was wrong. In the end, I was forced to pay more than 100% in tips.

This was my first time at a Texas Roadhouse, and it is about 30 minutes from where my parents live. It seems to be one of the only ones in a large area, so it was pretty busy when we went! We waited about 45 minutes for a table. Patrick was our server, and he was fantastic! He was extremely energetic and upbeat, which was so nice! We got a few rounds of the famous rolls with honey cinnamon butter. Patrick told us not to be shy and brought us more every time we wanted some. For our meals, I ordered the country fried chicken with a loaded baked potato and buttered corn, and my sister ordered the chicken critters with french fries. The country fried chicken was delicious! The chicken was juicy and tender, and the gravy tasted excellent on it. The loaded baked potato was also great, topped with butter, sour cream, bacon, and cheese. The skin of the potato was rubbed with salt and it tasted amazing. The buttered corn was good, too! The chicken critters were good, and the french fries were nice and crisp. The atmosphere was very loud and high energy, which was nice. Overall, we had an amazing time here and I would definitely come back to a Texas Roadhouse location!

Adults food was ok but when kids burger and diced steak was brought in it looked like charcoal. We are not returning to this restaurant. Service was good though. Always appropriate hard working servers.

Unbelievably disappointing. Ordered my ribeye medium. Came well to medium well. Hubs ordered med rare his came medium at best. Should have known better than to ask for refires. Steve the manager brought my steak back RAW. The inside was cold. Hubs was rare so he ate his. By that time I was over the whole mess. This was our yearly celebratory Valentine dinner. I paid $90 (had drinks and an app) for the crappiest steak dinner. If you manage a steakhouse how do you not know how to temp a steak? We love TR but it will be a long time before we darken the doors again. Plus we saved credit card points for a year to pay for the dinner. What a frickin waste.
