Just had the best meal at Sbarro in the Burbank Mall! Their Spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread was absolutely delicious. The service was top-notch, with Victor being a friendly and efficient server. Fatima at the register was also so polite and welcoming. The food display was clean and appealing, and their pizza, calzones, salads, and desserts looked amazing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. Awful pizza, it was so oily that it was disintegrating as you would pick up the pizza, tasteless, no sauce and extremely rude workers. 2 slices took me straight to the restroom. I would only recommend if it’s the last food option in the city. Please improve otherwise you will go extinct.

I love this place for a slice. I usually get a side of spaghetti as well. Recently they changed the side containers to a smaller plastic one, which was annoying because you got less for the same price. Now they’re barely filling it with pasta. Not sure if it’s shrinkflation or greedflation but it isn’t making me want to come back. When I mention it wasn’t filled the girl at the counter said “that’s the size we have” and tried to sell me an entree size.

In Burbank.
I waited in line and couldn’t order my Pizza for me and my wife. They only sold me a Soda. I’m Hungry and I was left that way because he wanted me to get in-line again. Kids today are very difficult. I have always enjoyed the pizza at Sbarro since I was a kid. Not Coming back. I’ll also make sure my kids and friends don’t come back to this location that can’t treat a customer right.

All these 1 star reviews are competitors from the food court tryna diss another buisness. I always loved pizza and was a fan of domino’s but since i got a job near the mall i decided to check this place out. This is literally the best pizza i have ever had in my entire life. I beat myself up for not trying this out sooner. Im a bigger guy and their combo fills me up. Listen give this place a shot before you let there nonsense reviews make up an opinion. I absolutely loved the pepperoni Stromboli and the Hawaiian pizza. Try them OUT!

If you are going to buy drinks here, don’t! The cashiers were rude and helped other people who bought their food only. I kept asking I only want a drink, and the cashier kept saying in a moment and skipped me. There was another cashier, but he was just messing around and doing nothing.

I noticed you guys hired a new employee named Mark, Mark had provided me with amazing service and I was just mine blown by how nice he is. I truly believe that you guys need to promote Mark or give him a raise. The pizza Mark had served me was prefect and it was filled with wonderful flavor. I’ve been eating here for a while it use to be so good and my dad used to love it: Now there pizza is mediocre barely edible Today i saw something pretty horrific . I went to buy 3 slices of cheese pizza & I saw that there were only 2 and they weren’t even on display they were on the dirty counter. Anyways i was very alarmed then as i went to the cashier and told him my order he gave me those 2 cheese pizzas i asked for 3 for the 3rd pizza i assumed he would make a new pizza since that’s the normal thing to do right? Instead he took a pepperoni and sausage pizza picked the meat off it and added more cheese warmed it up and gave it to me. As someone who doesn’t eat meat I was disturbed. As a good food chain do better because i don’t think that’s normal. Some people might have allergies or religiously not eat meat. Please don’t do that again it might not effect you but it can affect many others and you might not even know it
