Our orders are always fast and accurate. As a drive through it’s a great restaurant.
Went inside for the first time today because we forgot to order an item when we drove through (our fault, not theirs!!). There is no counter to place your order – only kiosks. Ordered on the kiosk and got my sandwich pretty quickly that way, too. Just mentioning it because I know having to order on a machine is a deal breaker for some, and was likely the reason there weren’t people gathered here for morning coffee. The dining room is small but was very clean. At 9:30 on a Saturday morning, it was just me, one other family, and some employees on their breaks. Also notable is that there are no soda machines for refills.

It’s faster to drive to Williamsville MCD than it is to fight with these folks to get your order right. I’ve never had an order without some kind of mistake. My most recent today the guy looks at me and says “two burgers plain right?” and as my son opens the bag I can smell the ketchup and onions dripping off of them. I don’t even understand how you read it enough to get “no pickles, no mustard” but then run out of brain cells to parse “no ketchup, no onions.”
I will give them credit for fixing it quickly and the manager lit up the cooks for getting it wrong. But it’s hard to count on this being a quick stop when you know you’ll have to have half your order remade.

Food is fine. It’s McDonald’s. The main issue is that they took the “fast” out of “fast food”. Almost every time, I have to pull over and wait in a reserved spot while several cars go behind me, or I just sit in the line for several minutes to be handed cold food. I’ve heard the workers complaining about the lack of staffing on multiple occasions. Most of the time it’s faster to jump on 55 and go to the one in Williamsville.

I came through the drive through at 3:30am on a 13 hr drive to a funeral. A middle aged gentleman was working. I noticed the sign on the window saying “be the reason someone smiles”. He was extremely kind especially for it being 3am and I could see him running back and forth trying to my food to me as fast as possible. I’ve never thought to leave a review for a McDonald’s but whoever owns this place owes this man a pat on the back. Bc that gentleman made me smile when I really probably needed it.

I have had several good, positive experiences at this McDonald’s. The staff has always been friendly and the food has been above average for a fast food chain. If anything was ever needing attention, the staff handled it very well and to my ordinary consumer standards. The previous, nonsense 1 star review is questionable, at best, if you have ever visited this location.

Firstly saying I expected the food to be of a high quality with it being a newly built store. So my five star assessment on this shouldn’t come as surprising. The atmosphere i gave a three star for the fact that the location at which this store was built is considered a middle to high end place of living regarding the surrounding areas. Meaning alot of customers are middle aged people that have some wealth or handle things quickly. The way of ordering came to a shock to them inside the store and I have witnesses many a customer become upset and irritated with the process of ordering taking up their time and effort. Over time I believe it will grow to be a normal in society so I chose a 3 star for this category. Lastly is in my opinion, the most important category which is service. I always have very minimal expectations with this rating, until my experiences at this store. The name is Aaron B. The way he helped handle my problems at the ordering kiosks and his knowledge in them was impressive. What had stumped me for almost 5 minutes he accomplished with a slight movement of his hands while also showing me how to use this new system properly. As I ate I watched him help more and more people while always helping every customer return a smile to their face and with most getting to a point of laughter and sincere appreciation. One man made my review on this clear. 5 stars

We’ve been here 4 times and every time our order is not right and the food isn’t hot. Our orders are always missing something or not made correctly. The food is hit or miss, but most of the time it’s bad. You’d think for a new McDonalds it would be amazing but it’s just not. As a Sherman resident I’m quite disappointed.

Big Mac was fresh. Fries were hot. The lady in the first booth was very friendly. 2nd booth lady was friendly too. That’s very rare these days. I had 4 cars in front of me and took less than 3 minutes. Keep up the great work.

This restaurant doesn’t even deserve any ratings. Their fry’s were hard and they tasted stale. Their chicken nuggets are straight rubber and also tased stale. There was only one girl doing her job. She did apologize about the others. We didn’t get what we payed for, they forgot half of our order. Half the time we were there we didn’t get any service. When we finally got service the lady was very rude. I hope you guys get what you deserve. I was having a nice day but you guys ruined it for me. I hope you’re happy!!!

I gotta admit, I wasn’t excited about a mcdonalds coming to my hometown, but I forgot that the people working there would also be from my home town. They are working hard and have a job thanks to mcdonalds being here.
They also provide good service and a reliable product, what more can you expect from a mcdonalds!
