This is the worst Andy’s. It’s hit or miss and tonight was the last miss for us. If you are going to have a bunch of teenagers working get some that actually care what they are doing. We have been here numerous times where they either mess up the order or not mix it the ingredients. Tonight for mine I ordered the cookie Casanova and the kid at the window was indifferent. Whatever. Well there was barely any fudge in it. I could have let that go even though they charge and arm and a leg but there was no cookie in it. Bring it back to mention both. They make another one. I say where is the fudge because guess what? They gave me a cookie butter crunch. So they make another one. This time the fudge is there but we leave and guess what? The crap isn’t mixed. A big chunk of cookie just sitting at the bottom. So many issues at this place! It’s ALWAYS something.

Andy’s has a good variety of dessert options and combinations. Our favorite is their toasted pecans, they should sell them separately! Everytime we come here, our orders are made accurately and fairly quickly. We’ve never had a bad experience. It’s worth a stop if you haven’t been before.

A family friend recommended Andy’s after I asked about ice cream. They advised that Andy’s was custard – not ice cream – and it came in different flavors. Being from the west coast, I had never heard of Andy’s. I was excited about giving it a try.
This place is pretty popular judging by the drive-thru line and the number of people at the walk up window. Although it was busy, the lines were moving pretty quickly, including the drive thru.
I tried the Key Lime Pie concrete. It was definitely delicious and I recommend it. This spot is pretty busy but they prepare the orders in a reasonable amount of time.
The area outside of the location was clean and there were seats for you to sit down. Inside also looked very clean, and they had a big window so that you could see the them make the yummy waffle cones.
Overall this is a great place to come for custard. You can’t go wrong!

Absolutely disgraceful. I paid premium price for a pint of ice cream and it wasn’t even filled to the top — not even close. It felt like they scooped out a portion for themselves before handing it off to me. If this is how they do business, they’re straight-up scamming people. Greedy and lazy.

I purchased a hot fudge sundae last night. Have had them there many times and they were wonderful until this one. I requested extra hot fudge and paid for it. Where I was handed my order, it had evidently been sitting and had melted a lot, plus did not have even the normal amount of fudge. Only about 3/4 as much custard as usual. I was very disappointed!

I would absolutely recommend this place IF they weren’t crazy busy like when I went through. I ordered the jackhammer. I thought the vanilla flavor of the custard was really good but I couldn’t really taste the butterscotch sauce that was suto make it Buttered Pecans. It was also supposed to have a hot fudge center but I only had about a tablespoon of hot fudge. The Pecans were delicious and you could taste the Roasted aspect. The custard also melted quite a bit as I drove about a mile or just over down the street to my hotel. Finally they left a good size gap in my cup and at almost 8 dollars for a small I’d have preferred it to actually be full…. not overflowing and making a mess full but a little more than what I had. Like I said I do think quite a bit had to do with how busy they were…. I think it must be higher quality when they aren’t so rushed. I will say regardless of how busy it was it went a long way that the drive thru attendant was so nice.

One of My Favorite Places for Ice Cream in the Summer typically but Because they Advertised Travis Kelsey Cups I decided I would go tonight and get some…Specifically asked 2 People if they had This Particular cup the first said drive to the window and she can tell You the Lady Drive thru attendant said Yes so when I received My bag I checked it and No Travis Kelsey cup so I Questioned the Male attendant that handed it me his Response was “OH we dont have those here at this Location” …So Im a little confused as to why I asked 2 People before I placed My order and still Didn’t get Travis Kelsey Cups

We stopped by this ice cream shop on our way to Virginia, and it was such a great experience! The waffle cone tasted incredibly fresh—like it was made just for me. There was an impressive variety of ice cream flavors to choose from, and everything we tried was delicious. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. Very old school feel. Nice spot to stop in and get your sugar fix. Very friendly staff willing to accommodate your creative side. I had a regular but delicious banana split. My girlfriend had them make well again creative mind lol. Only thing missing would be some nice 50’s 60’s dinner music.
