Excellent place for ramen. Greeted with friendly faces. I had the Bulgogi Buns and Spicy Miso Tonkotsu. The Bulgogi was so savory and the buns were light and airy. The ramen was also so savory with just the right amount of spice. Noodles were tender and I had pork added to mine which was charred to perfection! The runny egg was also perfect! Will definitely visit the next time I’m in town!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands down the best ramen we’ve had in Louisville! I got the spicy pork belly buns and the spicy miso tonkotsu—both were amazing. My wife had the pork belly buns and the beef bibimbap bowl, and everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Portions were generous, prices were very reasonable, and the food came out fast. We’ll definitely be back!

The shop is a bit small but during warmer times, there is outdoor seating available. We were there mid-week during lunch and it was busy and a bit loud, but we could still talk and enjoyed our lunch. Staff was friendly, attentive but didn’t hover. The food was fantastic. Tonkatsu Ramen was so good. The bugogi buns were delicious. We will certainly be back!

I always get the spicy tonkatsu ramen and it is amazing every time! Ordered carry out most recently and the staff was so friendly and helped me pick out a bottle of saki. The gyozas, bulgogi buns, spicy edamame, and bulgogi bowl are also amazing. Perfect place to go no matter the occasion.

the food is so so amazing i used to go when it was still at the old location and the new location is still awesome! my favorite part was always getting the check in the manga books and seeing which one i got every time. the food is seriously some of the best japanese food in louisville. i always go with the spicy rice bulgogi beef bowl and i will neee get sick of it. the meat tastes amazing and the rice is so fluffy. that with the kimchi makes the bowl seriously one of a kind.

Love ramen house. I am sad that they had to move to a new location. It was closer by. But I finally went out to try the new location. And it’s the same delicious Ramen house. Just a different location. My go too meal is spicy miso chicken ramen (no bamboo) add nori it’s the perfect spice level for a ramen and if you had some gyoza as an appetizer. I recommend you saving the dipping sauce and pour some of the sauce in the ramen Not all of it just some of it.

Bulgogi on those rice bowls is so delicious. I love having that as leftover lunch the next day. It’s so tender and delicious. Again not too heavily spicy. Only recommendation. Try to crisp up the gyoza. It’s delicious but I am like the gyoza to have that crisp chew to it. Also I love the soft boiled eggs. But as a add on. Could you include fried egg as a extra for the ramen. Just a suggestion. But overall very delicious. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

New Ramen House just opened down the street from work. I’ve never been. Coworkers swear by it, and they’re open for lunch. AND OMG.. yall. I was advised by a friend to get the Spicy Beef Bulgogi(¿) Rice bowl, it was IMPECCABLE. I’ll eventually get around to trying their Ramen but I don’t see the need. Great portions. Everyone was super friendly. Think I spent $16 including tip for pick-up. We’ll make it a weekly thing.

First time in! && first time trying Ramen in general! So good , and we definitely will be back!

For appetizer we had the Gyoza and Pork Belly buns. For dinner, we had the spicy miso with pork & my partner had the spicy miso tonkotsu with pork. Dessert we had green tea and strawberry mochi.

Very low key place, street parking and a lot in the back. It is two floors, with bar upstairs.
