The manager runs that place like a true leader — organized, professional, and still incredibly kind. You can tell the team respects them because everything flows smoothly. Orders are fast, accurate, and the food is always fresh and hot.
What really stands out is the energy during the night shift. Even late hours, the staff stays positive, welcoming, and efficient. That’s rare. Most places slow down at night — not here. They move with purpose and still treat customers with respect.
It’s clear this manager sets the standard. Clean store, great teamwork, amazing service. If every restaurant was run like this night crew, fast food would have a whole different reputation.
Hands down one of the best Golden Chick experiences I’ve had. Keep doing what you’re doing — it shows.
OBVIOUSLY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, AND THINK UTS OK TO TAKE ANCUSTOMER’S MINEY AND NOT FULFILL THEIR ORDER. .
For Sunday dinner, I ordered thru the Golden Chick mobile app Golden Roast chicken dinner combo plus 2 extra pieces, all chicken breasts which cost $1 each extra.
The restaurant has ZERO golden roast and informed me of a 30 minute wait. Do they really expect customers to wait 30 minutes because of their poor management.
They wouldn’t cancel the order saying I had to contact customer service for a refund.
Instead I had to wait 7 minutes for chicken tenders. They did give extra tenders but those are not what I wanted the roast chicken for, which was the main ingredient in another main course entree.
This restaurant is terribly poorly managed as evidenced by the wait for both tenders or roast chicken during prime dinner hours. There were zero cars ahead of me, so it was not busy.
One last thing, I never did get the drink that comes with the combo. I said the heck with it and didn’t go through the drive thru. They can’t even fill a combo order with the drink to the customer.
What a waste of $16. How do they have even 1 repeat customer? Go somewhere else.
The drive thru employee was also having issues with the register and it took him about 10 minutes to take my order. I had tried to go inside the store, because I had a somewhat large order, but the doors were locked. I understand that tech issues happen, but when I received my receipt, I noticed that quite a few customizations were wrong. It was close anyways (heavy sauce when I didn’t request it, upsize on fries when not requested and incorrect quantity of extra sauces/dry seasoning packets), so I didn’t say anything.
One other thing I’ve noticed about this location, is that it’s very dark and always appears to be closed at night when driving past on the service road. There are a few parking lot post lights that are off and most of the exterior lights on the building are off, as well. The main sign that contains Golden Chick and other businesses is not lit up at night. This location has had these issues for over a year now and I assumed management would’ve noticed and addressed these by now.
