I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Golden Chick location absolutely deserves it. The night shift here is on another level.
The manager runs that place like a true leader — organized, professional, and still incredibly kind. You can tell the team respects them because everything flows smoothly. Orders are fast, accurate, and the food is always fresh and hot.
What really stands out is the energy during the night shift. Even late hours, the staff stays positive, welcoming, and efficient. That’s rare. Most places slow down at night — not here. They move with purpose and still treat customers with respect.
It’s clear this manager sets the standard. Clean store, great teamwork, amazing service. If every restaurant was run like this night crew, fast food would have a whole different reputation.
Hands down one of the best Golden Chick experiences I’ve had. Keep doing what you’re doing — it shows.

So I’m not sure but… It could be me !! I only live about 3 minute away and my food was fresh but before I could get home it was barely warm… I remember back in the day… We can could order food and it would still be hot when we got back with it… So is that a thing of the pass … I’m just asking so I know what to expect.. it’s almost like you need to eat there at the fast food establishment or eat directly in your vehicle also I may add it was completely fresh to my order

We go to this location a few times. When we did go we would go through the drive through and the service was not very good. We started going inside to order, sometimes to go and sometimes to eat there. This time we had our order there since the wife had the kitchen all clean at home. Service was amazing from the time we walked up to place our order, communicating with us while they prepared our order, then receiving our order. I believe he was the manager on duty tonight. Food was hot and fresh and tasted as good as what we expect from Golden Chick. If you are thinking of going through the drive through or going inside, you will be way happier going inside and you will have a better experience. Human interaction is 100% better face to face then through a speaker.

Stood there for 15 minutes while I watched every single employee stand there and do nothing several of them were just playing on their phones one of them was sitting down and the other one was just standing there looking at me nobody would take my order…. usually I have no issues the woman that runs it is super cool but she was not there today and everybody was not working just thought I’d let you know… as long as it’s good the next time I go I will change this review but I would get rid of all those employees go look on the cameras

UPDATE: WHAT A LAME REPLY AND ZERO OFFER TO REFUND DUE TO THEIR MISTAKE.
OBVIOUSLY THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT A CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, AND THINK UTS OK TO TAKE ANCUSTOMER’S MINEY AND NOT FULFILL THEIR ORDER. .
For Sunday dinner, I ordered thru the Golden Chick mobile app Golden Roast chicken dinner combo plus 2 extra pieces, all chicken breasts which cost $1 each extra.
The restaurant has ZERO golden roast and informed me of a 30 minute wait. Do they really expect customers to wait 30 minutes because of their poor management.
They wouldn’t cancel the order saying I had to contact customer service for a refund.
Instead I had to wait 7 minutes for chicken tenders. They did give extra tenders but those are not what I wanted the roast chicken for, which was the main ingredient in another main course entree.
This restaurant is terribly poorly managed as evidenced by the wait for both tenders or roast chicken during prime dinner hours. There were zero cars ahead of me, so it was not busy.
One last thing, I never did get the drink that comes with the combo. I said the heck with it and didn’t go through the drive thru. They can’t even fill a combo order with the drink to the customer.
What a waste of $16. How do they have even 1 repeat customer? Go somewhere else.

This location has always been hit or miss, but within the last year they have really gone down hill. You have to hope you’re lucky enough to get hot food and the rolls are the worst now. Rolls for all Golden Chick locations use to look exactly like the poster. This location overcooks them every single time now. They are dark and dry looking. Save yourself the trouble and go to Chicken Express.

Went through the Golden Chick drive-thru for the first time on the night of October 15th. Even though the line was super long, the girl at the window stayed friendly and kept things moving fast. She had such a positive attitude and made sure my order was perfect. Definitely coming back after that experience! 10/10

I ordered two six piece wings with the spicy seasoning. I called to let them know. I spoke with Mike. I stated that I had to go to work and could n ot return tonight. He stated when I come back tomorrow I have to bring the chicken in to get it replaced. So I get inconvenienced to have to return, but I have to save the chicken and find something else for my family to eat. Such a waste of the consumers time and money. Very disappointed in management.

The food is usually good at this location, but I went through the drive thru tonight and ordered the tenders and battered fries. The tenders weren’t as fresh as they normally are and the fries were cold. It was about an hour to closing, but I still expected the food to be fresh.
The drive thru employee was also having issues with the register and it took him about 10 minutes to take my order. I had tried to go inside the store, because I had a somewhat large order, but the doors were locked. I understand that tech issues happen, but when I received my receipt, I noticed that quite a few customizations were wrong. It was close anyways (heavy sauce when I didn’t request it, upsize on fries when not requested and incorrect quantity of extra sauces/dry seasoning packets), so I didn’t say anything.
One other thing I’ve noticed about this location, is that it’s very dark and always appears to be closed at night when driving past on the service road. There are a few parking lot post lights that are off and most of the exterior lights on the building are off, as well. The main sign that contains Golden Chick and other businesses is not lit up at night. This location has had these issues for over a year now and I assumed management would’ve noticed and addressed these by now.
