Why even order ahead with a detail of what youd like if their just gonna make it wrong. This is supposed to be a soft taco “supreme ” without beef and add chicken…..where is my diced tomatoes and sour cream at?????? I hope my modified burrito is right, but I have doubts. ♂️

Traveling through White pines TN,
I stopped to purchase Taco Bell.. I ordered food for both myself and husband.. I paid what was asked of me. Once I got to my destination. I opened my food. The taco was empty. With a broken old shell and only lettuce on the shell. Nothing else!
My nacho cheese sauce was 25% full.. basically empty.. my chulupa was empty.. my burrito I actually paid extra for them to add Rice and cantina to the burrito. And just add it to the ingredients of the burrito.. i had nothing but flour tortillas/ with a teaspoon of beans.. the sauce packets were even dirty..
My drinks had zero ice!!

The photo of the taco bell bag in the plastic bag. Is my trash can.. at my hotel room..
the entire experience was just miserable! And the food belongs in the trash!! We were stuck hungry because the restaurants in the area close at midnight. And we stayed in a hotel for the night. Traveling through back home to Chicago..
I am beyond upset and demand an apology!! And full refund!!

I ordered 1 bean burrito and 1 nacho fry. Simple enough right? I requested no red sauce on the bean burrito which it didn’t have but in the middle of the bean burrito it was drenched in sour cream. It’s not even supposed to have sour cream. I write this review only after this happening multiple times. I hope there is mgr there that cares. This never happens when I go during the afternoon hours. But after 9:00 or 10:00 p:m it’s not worth feeding to your dog usually.I hate to say that but the owner needs to know. They are destroying his/her business slowly but surely.

I went to the Taco Bell and they refused to take my order instead they went to hide in the back office because it was 10 minutes before they close. I said the counters and they were not even clean but every time I knocked the window to get them to order they hide and write when I get to to close the place, I got a lady come up to me and tell me they were close so they refused to to serve. The customer is a bad customer service over here.

For years, my family and I were loyal patrons, frequently spending around $65 on a single order every week. We were happy to support a local business. However, a recent experience has completely soured our relationship, and it all comes down to a complete lack of professionalism and customer service at every level.
The issues began with my last visit, where the in-store service was, to put it mildly, unprofessional. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable, and it left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. As a customer who had just spent a significant amount of money, I expected a basic level of courtesy that was not provided.
Following this incident, I did what any customer would do: I filed a formal complaint, requesting to be followed up with by management to discuss the issue. I was patient and waited for a response. After hearing nothing, I followed up a second time, reiterating the details of my complaint and my desire to resolve the situation.
The complete silence that followed is truly what solidifies this one-star review. It has now been a significant amount of time, and I have heard absolutely nothing from management. This isn’t just one oversight; it’s a blatant dismissal of my concerns, not once, but twice. It’s obvious that the upper management here simply views a customer complaint as a nuisance to be ignored, rather than an opportunity to improve their service and retain a loyal customer.
My $65 weekly orders were a staple, but it’s clear that this business takes its customers for granted. They’ve made it painfully obvious that they don’t value my business, and in fact, they’ve made me feel like a burden for simply expecting the courtesy of a response. My money and my loyalty will now go to a business that actually appreciates its customers. The lack of accountability and basic respect from this location is shocking and incredibly disappointing.
