This is the worst Dominos location I’ve ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Last two times the delivery has taken double the estimated time. Pizza has never been bad when it’s finally arrived but they have forgotten part of our order once and took an extra hour to deliver that. My currently order has been “quality checking” for an hour and 15 minutes. I’m sure the quality is great after it’s been sitting there that long. They also told me they only have 2 drivers. I would sincerely prefer if they called me and said “hey we only have 2 drivers, do you mind picking up the pizza instead.”

The pizza was trash. My order came up to 24 I tipped 6. The driver didn’t even say thanks for the tip. I also called prior and asked for napkins. Of course there’s no napkins. Why isn’t it a standard to provide napkins for guests visiting in hotels the pizza had like 4/5 good pieces. The rest was cold and stale. I order the same thing all the time but this location failed at following instructions I think the pizza maker was Jennifer. It was barely any sauce on there when I asked for extra sauce. The brownies were very greasy. I took pics. I highly doubt I’ll try this location again

I recently tried this one on green springs and BOY ARE THEY THE BEST! Pizza was fresh, hot and fully loaded. I did have to wait for the front counter guy to finish up a phone call before he helped me. But overall it was a delightful experience.

Dominos on Green Springs Hwy, I order my free pizza using my points and it was good. But, it had a slightly burnt crust and not enough of the Asian garlic sauce on the crust. If it had more it would have been really good. It was prepare by Kania. I give the entire order 3.5 !
Next, on 1, July 2020, I order a the steak sandwich, the medium Hand Toss ExtravangaZZa pizza with no black olives, extra onions, and the Sweet Mango Habanero 8 piece wings. However, I got the hot and spicy wings instead.I called back and talk to Christian and she placed in the comment section for me to get any 8 piece wings with no expiration date. But, I didn’t see the black olives on my pizza until after I had called in about the wings mistake. But, as you look at the pictures you’ll see exactly what I stated. However, my pizza was really good and the crust was so fresh, hot and the Asian Garlic sauce on the crust was very good. But, I don’t eat or like olives. Therefore, I had to get rid of it. But, I do appreciate the service I received. I give this order a 3.7 . I just want to say that I’m grateful to have Domino’s open and have good professional people who listen and solve your issues with respect and courtesy. I give that 5 Stars!

Ordered 2 pizzas & tots. Both pizzas were well made and loaded with toppings! Everything was delivered hot and delicious! The driver was polite and quick about the delivery. I will definitely continue to use this Domino’s!

Pizza is fine they just won’t answer the phone, like never.
You have to order online. A lady there argued with me very rudely that they have never had a 3 topping large for 9.99, which is what I’ve always ordered from dominos, and what’s ironic is now they have a 9.99 for any toppings as many as you want. Mainly ticked cause I think you should be able to call in a pizza, using the app shouldn’t be mandatory

I had to wait 3 hours for my order and then when the order finally got picked up the man made us wait 20 minutes when we work right across the street and then after all of that he had an attitude because he could not find it even though we help him, i had my daughter out there and then he cancel it, and when i called domino’s the man on the phone had an attitude, hung up on me, then when i called back he said i had a attitude and that i hung up the phone then i asked for the name to the general manager and he hung up again. I never got the pizza that I paid 30 dollars for and now my daughter is crying. I would put a negative star review.
