This place is super cute and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It took a minute to be served only because I don’t think the waitress saw us at first. It’s a seat yourself type of place. It is open spaced with a separated room for parties etc. The food was good although we did not care for the calamari. I had the Thai rice with shrimp and my husband had the hibachi steak and shrimp. We will definitely have to try the Sushi tacos the next time. We will eat here again!

Had the most epic sushi of my life tonight thanks to Chef Jericho! So fresh, such amazing flavors, excellent table service staff, and the presentation of food and was outstanding! Interior decorations are so pretty, bathrooms super clean. I cannot believe I have never been before but we will be there regularly. RUN don’t walk to go eat here – the whole menu is PHENOMENAL!!

I was looking forward to this 80’s 90’s event since hearing it on the radio.When i pulled up and heard the music i couldnt wait to get in.When i got inside there was a $20 cover charge ok cool.When i got inside after paying the atmosphere was disappointing. I was expecting a soul train vibe but not at all.The music was mixed w beats of today which messed up my vibe because i am ole school. A woman was twerking like wth can you picture someone twerking to Michael Jackson or Dennis Edwards,well she did.I felt deceived and robbed of $20.That night didnt hit at all.

Their dishes are amazing! We ate at the bar & had a wonderful time! From their Sashimi salad to their beautiful crunch tacos to their tasty desserts- EVERYTHING was delicious! The staff was friendly & fun but Jehrico is the BEST. It was a GREAT place on our way to Charleston & I highly recommend it! I left in a food coma & can’t wait to go back!

I used to love this restaurant. I’m visiting home from living out of the country and was really excited to get sushi here. We walked in and it’s some kind of sad excuse for a club or a bar now. There were no signs indicating that the front door is not the entrance or even a “we are no longer a restaurant” sign. Didn’t see one single employee, no dining tables, or real menus and everyone just stared at us like we didn’t belong. Don’t waste your time. It’s stupid now. Serious disappointment.

Was turned away due to my all black hoodie underneath my black denim jacket. I’ve been here before, and to be honest this place is very cheap. I was invited by a friend the first time I came, had tacos which were actually pretty good. However, the place is unsophisticated. The dance floor is tiny & was slippery from spilled drinks. There was a security guard with his gun in his hand standing behind the bar. It’s not the most appealing. It’s not an upscale business in the least – more like a wannabe hole in the wall club. The amount of visible armed security staff there is ridiculous and off putting. I only came for my friend’s birthday tonight, but under no other circumstance would I choose to come here. There’s no reason why I should have been denied entry over my hoodie in the middle of December, & I looked perfectly fine. Smelled great (unlike their establishment, it wreaks of marijuana and cig smoke). Had no weapons on me. I will never be back. There’s no website I could find, no warning about the ridiculous “no hoodie” rule, and I drove 25-30 minutes to get there. Turned around and gladly went right back home. My friend tried to get me to stay, but I refuse to bless a place like that with my presence after being stripped of my comfort. I will never compromise that.

Do not go to Thai Taco if you want to eat food on a Sunday after 4pm. It’s basically a backyard bar on Sunday evenings. The front door is closed with no signs whatsoever indicating the kitchen closes at 4pm. Also, the vibe looks so basic. I don’t think I’m missing out.
