I should just stop ordering here but im chasing some kind of dragon. The ingredients and flavor is great, that’s why in good conscience I can’t give 1 star. My grievance is specifically ordering via door dash or uber eats. Every time I order extra meat, i do not get extra meat. But they still take my money for the extra meat. If I go in person, I get extra meat, if I order online I do not. It’s very frustrating because it’s pretty far away and there’s no way for them to correct the mistake via online ordering. I still really like this location though.

I love Jersey Mike’s subs but im born/raised NJ – it is overpriced but very tasty. I do NOT recommend this particular store because for some reason they often run out of bread and not near closing, but often mid day. 3x in the last 2 months. WTH?!? The folks that work there seem miserable which sadly I am seeing more often at Jersey Mike’s stores – i dont blame these kids though, I blame corporate and their managers for that. Likely treat them poorly. The store on Shaw near the safeway in Puyallup – same, absolute miserable atmosphere too. Do better Jersey Mike’s!

We waited 25 minutes for our one sandwich to be made, four people came in after us and they all received they subs before us. In addition, my wife and I have ordered the giant famous philly and have ordered it for many years and everytime we order it, the employee asks us if we want mayo, lettuce, etc. We went to the Bonney Lake, WA location for the first time and when we ordered the philly they didn’t ask us if we wanted any additional toppings, after the 25 minute wait, they brought us the sandwich and didn’t ask us if we wanted any additional toppings. I asked Jacob why they didn’t ask us if we wanted any additional toppings and he replied “thats not how we operate”? I asked for a refund, he refused, I returned the sandwich and left. Absolutely the worst customer service/ experience I’ve had. Jacob and Loren were very rude. I spent $30 and didn’t get to eat anything due to Jacob’s poor customer service.

Don’t bother placing a mobile order. It’s so much faster to wait in line. Been coming here for years maybe once a month. Took a half hour to make my mobile order today and I waited in store for 20 mins while they helped everyone else

Ordered a number 12 mini and to begin the roast beef was not evenly distributed in the sandwich, also the roast beef was waaaaaaaaaaay too thick cut. Also on the juice was very light (not anywhere near .6oz) not to mention the bread was underbaked and too light brown. I am severely disappointed and know this store can do better

The sandwiches were bagged and ready for my arrival
We had ordered two #6 and two #13
The roast beef were both to have been on Rosemary bread
But was Parmesan on one and plain
And parm on one the Italian and plain the other
Not what was ordered!

Great food but service is always slow for people at the counter. 6 people working online orders and maybe 2 for the people actually in the store.

I placed my order online and went into the store to pick it up. While waiting, I noticed two customers who arrived about five minutes after me were served and left about seven minutes before I even received my to-go order. When I finally got my food and returned home, I found that my order was incorrect — despite requesting extra mayo, it was not added.
I called the store to explain the situation and simply asked for a refund. Instead of addressing this straightforward request, the shift manager (Lily) asked me to bring the sandwich back to the store to “verify” it. I found this to be unreasonable and disrespectful — as if I would go out of my way to falsely claim a missing condiment.
While still on the call, I could hear Lily and her coworkers laughing in the background. She then claimed she didn’t know how to process a refund because the “refund button wouldn’t work.” To make matters worse, she said she could “write my name down and let the manager know tomorrow,” but there was no sincerity in her voice and no confidence that anything would actually be handled. It felt like a brush-off that would be forgotten — a reflection of her inept ability to do her job and deliver basic customer service.
Ultimately, I had to drive back to the store in person, which was entirely avoidable if my concern had been handled properly over the phone.
