Food was of great quality! Honestly most McDonald’s through the DMV area lack freshness but this one served us really hot freshly made good food. The fries were actually golden and perfectly fried. The nuggets perfectly crispy and hot. The bathrooms and the place itself nice and clean!

I’ve had an issue with my order even though I ordered the same thing every single Time. The first time I told the man I don’t eat meat I just want a Mc griddle with egg and cheese. He of course, puts meat on my sandwich. No eggs and had I not looked at my sandwich. I would have ate it and got sick. The second time I decided to get something different and I got the egg and cheese bagel with breakfast sauce and onions. Of course there’s no breakfast sauce and onions on my breakfast sandwich. Then today they completely messed up my order and luckily this time I stayed in line so I was able to see it and then they told me I need to pull over and wait a while because they have to cook more food. I am literally on my way to work and this is supposed to be a part of my new morning routine. However, they consistently messed up my order. When I have went there late at night, they’ve been disrespectful and when I asked for a manager, they laughed, and the manager always backs the employees where did good customer service go. I’ve said before I’m no longer going to this location but after a while, I always decide I’ll try again and I regret it every time. I’m just gonna cut McDonald’s off as a hole. That’s the only way I won’t ever eat there again. The customer service is extremely poor and whenever they don’t want to do something, they act as though they don’t understand your English almost as if I need to be bilingual and speak Spanish in order to order my food correctly. This location is extremely racist and shows favoritism to Spanish customers and treat African-American customers poorly. I will not be back to this location or any other.

I went 2 days after the snowstorm before 7am and was given the wrong sandwich, after repeating my order more than once. Although it was hot and fresh it was wrong. I didn’t have time to wait so I took it and left.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple of times and it wasn’t that good but pretty filling but this time gotta be my last. I went here last night just for a late night meal, 2 meals one for me and my partner with 2 extra sandwiches, a 4 piece nugget and a 3 pack cookie. I only got 2 sandwiches, 1 small fry, and 3 out of 4 nuggets, no cookies. I then had to drive back up there to sit in line for 15 mins just to get the most rude customer service I ever had. I explained to the man I was missing items and he kept dismissing me, walking off while taking the receipt. In the end, I ended getting 2 meals, no extra sandwiches that I paid for, an extra 4 piece nugget I didn’t ask for and no cookies that were paid for, no refund or anything and I was willing to reorder those sandwiches because I wasn’t satisfied just to be told they only had nuggets left. It was the worst $20.75 I ever spent and wasted gas just for the food to not taste good. My mcdouble was smashed and covered in ketchup while my partners mcchicken was covered in mayo. Fries redipped in oil and the nuggets were just ok. It was so irritating.

Denilson is a superb employee. There was some police activity outside in the parking lost, but he still kept cleaning the parking lot. That showed his dedication and focus to his job… wonderful employee qualities!!

I went to this branch to stay for a bit as my office won’t be open until 7am. I would like to have breakfast and run some things on my laptop. It was very disappointing as it says there that dine-in is open at 6am but it is already 6:20am but they still keep all doors locked and staffs are really doing their best to avoid you like they are busy as a bee. I just ended getting breakfast and did not stay for long as they are very unwelcoming anyways.
