I’d give it zero stars, but since it’s not possible, I’ll give it ONE. This location is absolutely horrible with terrible customer service. Employee said they didn’t have a working line for Store number after I called and called for over 20 minutes, which is absolutely outrageous. Every fast food restaurant should have a working telephone number where customers can call about questions and concerns.
Oh, and ugly, burnt, old cookies.

DO NOT come here! Worst experience I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. We ordered through the drive thru and once we got to the window the order was increased by $5. Waited for our order for 15 minutes and decided to eat our meal in the parking lot (best decision ever) turns out when we took the first bite the veggies were all frozen for both of the sandwiches ordered and there was barely any meat! I had to wait 20 minutes until a manager got to the restaurant because the one person operating the cashier and making the food did not know how to run the transaction. The quality in this location has definitely declined.

Worst experience and food ever, I ordered a personal $8 cheese pizza (expensive for the size), through the drive-thru, and I received a burned pizza, and probably because they know we normally check our food when we left, they doesn’t care or bother if you get your food well or burned. I’ll never come back again.

The stories are true. Do not go to this Subway. I was shocked when I heard the price for 1 sandwich. They do rip you off. Plus they won’t take your order on drive thru, you have to use their screen to order.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and chose something off the kiosk menu, went to the window and apparently they don’t carry those anymore..so she insisted on charging me 3x what I intended to pay for something completely different. She was completely rude and kept making faces and had a ton of attitude. Sorry your menu is wrong.

I hate it when a business lies to you. I ordered the #40, turkey, bacon avocado wrap. It was listed at $10.99, then when I got my receipt I was charged $13.99. That’s bad business and illegal to list one price and then charge something else. They said prices went up and they haven’t updated their menu, I’m sorry, you can’t list one thing and charge another. That’s not right. Never coming back here.

I love subway but will definitely not come to this location if in a hurry! Hehe Staff did a good job and I’m sure they tried their best to assist all customers in a fast manner, yet, I was on the drive thru for about 20 minutes. Also, I am not a fan of the touchscreen that was installed in the drive thru to be honest. I feel that’s what slowed the process. Anyways, for now all I can say is that I left feeling disappointed because of the wait, but food was great. Staff apologized for the waiting time too. I’ll be going back but when I am not in a hurry.
