The service was great,but I had seen alot of violation with food handling. They do play around alot. One employee walking around with gloves on the whole time on their hands everywhere,playing around or something like they are contaminated people food. The manager let them do what ever besides sanitation. Their sanitation is pretty bad there like they don’t wash their hands.The pizza look good, but itself tastes weird terrible like it wasn’t real pizza. I wouldn’t be returning to this location. The health department needs to visit them. I see alot of code violations. As a former food services myself.

Seriously is it me? Pizza is red, tastes like just sauce, and even then was probably applied with a paint brush. Items spaced 3 or 4 inches apart? This is my goto, normally dominos but I wasn’t thinking this would happen

I ordered tonight (Friday night around 730) through the app. The pizza was delivered about 20 minutes early and I had my door pounded on despite me opting for contactless delivery. This would have been fine if the pizza hadn’t been inedible. I ordered two pizzas and cheese sticks, all inedible. Nobody in my house would touch them. Probably a spoonful of sauce for each pizza and I don’t even know if I can call this cheese. Chalky, dry, absolutely disgusting. Spit out the first bite and had to throw away the rest. I know what a Pizza Hut pizza looks like; I could tell the moment I opened the box something was wrong with it. Never ordering from this location again.

Disgusting. The pesto sauce looked like pea soup vomit—soggy, wet, and dripping. After being stuck in a marketing loop on the phone, I finally reached Elizabeth. I explained that the pizza was watery and slimy and asked if the recipe had changed, as we’ve ordered this before. She dismissively replied, “No, that’s just the way it is.”
When I asked for her position to document the call, she hung up on me. We’ve heard Pizza Hut was going downhill, but this was our first firsthand experience with it. With so many quality restaurants in Alliance, we won’t be making the drive to this location again.

The pizza itself was very mediocre and a bit burnt but the pasta was the absolute worst I’ve ever ordered from any pizza hut. Totally scorched the pasta and this was my third attempt trying. This Pizza Hut in specific will definitely give you the most lifeless, burnt pasta you will ever have in your entire life.

If someone orders a Dr Pepper with the order, the expectation is that you give them a Dr Pepper or cancel the Dr.Pepper order and don’t automatically substitute it with a root beer!

When I arrived home the pizza wasn’t whole. It looked like a slice was missing. I took the pizza back after calling and no one answering, and the manger said but there’s a eight pieces. Me- but it’s not a whole pizza! Who knows what happened to my pizza between the time it was cooked and when I received it. Somebody up there did not have any common sense that the customer might question it.
They gave me a credit but do they really think I want to go back.
This was not isolated, two other customers were up there with issues. One for an incomplete order, the other for undercooked wings. I saw the wings they were pink inside.
I usually go to Domino’s or Papa, looks like it’s back to them.

Update: when my husband went to pick up the missing pizza, they gave him a $30 credit. It is nice to see that they are trying to make things right. So, I am changing my 3 star review into a 4 star review.
This place is so hit or miss! Tonight we ordered 4 pizzas and only received 3. We paid for Ranch dressing and did not get any. The delivery driver blamed the store and the store blamed the driver. My husband had to go get the 4th pizza because they certainly weren’t going to bring it to us and acted like they were only interested in offering us a refund. Why is it that when fast food places make a mistake its always that we’re shorted items? Who is getting that extra food? I have never had a place make the mistake of giving us too much food haha. I like Pizza Hut Pizza, most of the time but the service at this particular location can be pretty bad.
