Our experience at Cracker Barrel was amazing. Our waiter Steven was one of the best waiters we’ve ever had. Not only did he compliment my hair, but his service was amazing. He was super friendly and our food came out super fast and it tasted amazing. The atmosphere and the other staff were also amazing as well. Thank you, Steven for the amazing experience and thank you Cracker Barrel for the amazing food. Five stars!

It’s been years, and I guess I just fondly remember everything being much better.
Bland biscuits and gravy, lukewarm coffee, and indifferent service combined to make this an entirely forgettable meal.
I would predict it will be years before I feel the urge again.

The best Cracker Barrel I have been to, and believe me I have been to a lot of them. The staff is so courteous that there are no words to describe it. The food is fresh and filling. Nice clean restrooms. Our table help Leah was simply wonderful. She went out of her way to cut strawberries for my daughter, which normally other stores did not offer. Great work

This had to be the worst time to visit this location. They were out of just about everything. They had a sports team come through, that I don’t think they were ready for. Most of the issue with the food was because of the large amount of people. I can get that. However, to actually still serve meals that are not even a full as advertised meal, was sad. But to offer no substituteions made it worse.The manager did discount the one skillet meal because it was missing the potatoes and only had 4 shrimp. The burger came with 6 total steak fries, we had to ask if that even looked acceptable. Once served food, we realized we didnt even have any silverware to eat with. Luckily the waiter came over to see how food was. She said they were out of knives and only had forks. Geesh. Ok. She left to help clean up a table then came back with the forks. The waiter didn’t come back for refills till it was time to pay the check.

Was busy we got there right before the lunch, after church rush, and our tablet was placed in-between two other tables, they obviously use these three middle tables for large parties and kinds of fell behind in service. Server was great once she got there and overall experience was perfectly fine.

I’ve never had such bad service at cracker barrel. We waited 7-10 minutes on a waitress to just come take our drink order. Another 15-20 for our food and my husband’s meatloaf was cool to the touch. We couldn’t even complain/send it back because the waitress never came back to the table until we were done. My drink was empty, my plate still half full, and she never once asked how the meal was.

This company has really gone downhill. They attempted to seat us at a filthy area and table. Biscuits and cornbread all over the floor and the table was clearly still sticky. Hostess was so rude when asked for dinner menus after NOON. Shop employees were very helpful though. They got you the stars!! Held my merchandise behind the counter until we finished lunch.

We stop by for dinner around seven had a 20 minute wait waiting for a while for the waitress to even show up to bring me some drink. We didn’t even have a waitress. The person that took our orders was polite, but did not get our orders correct.
Our waitress was very frazzled, and seemed to be barely coping with the situation.
We waited a long time for our food, and even longer for our bill.
This was not the best service that they have.
We were not in a hurry, and that helped. Our food was as good enjoyable by the fireplace .

I love going to cracker barrel with the family. We went to a different one the other day and I will ALWAYS say the one at Brooks exit in Louisville KY is the BEST one to eat at. The food is always good and the service is always good. Love looking at all the holiday stuff in the store area.If you stop at the one in Brooks ask for Jackie’s section she is the BEST server. We ask for her all the time. She is very friendly and down to earth and is just perfect at her job
