Messed up the entire order, for the amount of money these places charge and what the sub par employees expect to make, you think that something as simple as making the correct food, making sure it is cooked ( not raw), making sure it is all there and getting the drinks correct would be standard. These are very remedial tasks. It is ridiculous that they think it is ok to serve people raw food that has the potential of making someone very ill if not being fatal! As a whole society should start boycotting until ownership and management can get it corrected.

The best most tender fresh chicken we have ever found in Fruita and /or Grand Junction. Everyone was friendly and was very accommodating. We will be back often!! Thank you Fruita Wendys!!

Luke warm burger smashed and sitting in their warmer for who knows how long. Definitely not worth the money. The chicken was ordered without bread but lettuce to eat like a wrap or sandwich, they put a pile of shredded lettuce under the chicken and wrapped it up. Seems this location survives on location, off the freeway with little incentive to respond to feedback or reviews. Will not be back .

I had to change my review unfortunately, it was 5 stars. I watched them deep fry one of my burger patties and I assume it’s because they didn’t have enough ready because it was during the super bowl and they weren’t getting many customers. I heard one employee say, “you don’t want to get in the habit of doing this”. I didn’t know at the time they were doing this for my order. I just got home and one patty was fine and the other was blistered on the outside and still red/cold on the inside. I pulled the raw patty off and I’ll have to throw it away in fear of getting sick, I’m not one of those people that likes over cooked beef, this patty never even got to room temperature. Be careful Wendy’s, people can and will get sick. I took photos of both patties if someone wants to reach out to me.

If I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. Everytime I go to this Wendy’s it’s always a minimum 30 minute wait. They always mess up on my mobile order and make me wait even more. This is fast food it shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a simple chicken combo meal. I mobile ordered a chicken pub combo with baconator fries and a frosty chino and a 4 piece chicken nugget I get to the window and they put in a different mobile order. I had to pull up my order show them and they still couldn’t understand what I was trying to order had to literally spell it out for them. Finally they figure it out make me pull up to parking spot to wait for them to make my chicken sandwich finally bring it out after 45 minutes of waiting and going back and fourth with them to figure out the order they forget to bring my drink. The lady goes back in to get my drink and I finally get to leave. I get home and realized that after all this time and struggle of explaining everything to them like a toddler they ended up forgetting my 4 piece chicken nugget. Also I cut into my 45 minute wait chicken sandwich just to find out it’s still raw. No words can explain how much disappointment I have for this Wendy’s. Good thing I didn’t eat this. I WOULD HAVE BEEN SICK. I will be calling the health department. Thanks for wasting my time my money and serving me raw food.

Old cold burnt meat. Why did it take so long to get my order when you clearly didn’t make it from scratch and likely that meat wasn’t made within the last hour. Sick of paying that price so these children aren’t trained properly. GET A CLUE. This is getting out of hand.

My food was hot and well made.We did have to wait about 10 minutes for our food.I went inside and noticed what I consider to be the reason it was taking so long.The young lady who takes the drive thru order was doing a large percentage of the work, dropping fries and chicken ,taking orders and also taking them out to cars and bagging items. Help each other out makes life easier.

I ordered a classic crispy chicken sandwich and a large fry. What I got is cold chewy potato sticks and a thin chicken patty with a tiny piece of lettuce smashed onto a jr bun .
