It’s a definitely a great time here, I just wish they give you a hour and a half when bowling, when you get the all inclusive deal. Other then that the pool table can be organized better as well, bc we had to wait and they had a table empty but they said it was reserved but the people never showed up, so we had to wait till a group had 10 minutes left. Other then that, the place is a cool spot to chill and have fun.

We attended a birthday party here and it started off a little disorganized but ended up great. All of the children enjoyed themselves. The food was even better than expected for a fun center. We definitely look forward to returning to this facility.

Would highly recommend for kids parties! We did my son’s birthday in the beginning of January here and the staff were amazing!
Our host Khalid was super friendly and nice. He was fun! The staff in general were so friendly! They helped me with anything I needed. They answered any questions! Laser tag was super fun!
Half the VR games were broke but that didn’t stop the fun. The kids still talk about the party!

Main Events food is delicious ordering two pretzel appetizers and two orders of chicken fingers and fries, the food was the best part of our experience.
On the flip side, the service was nonexistent, with only one member, Connor, being accommodating and friendly staff member throughout our whole time at the facility.
Our experience started with one of my friends receiving two left shoes, and when returning getting snappy and quick remarks back when trying to get a proper set of shoes for bowling.
Before we could start bowling, our lane experienced some malfunctions with the pins that delayed and also went into our 2 hours of bowling when the lane next to us was completely open and unused our entire time at the facility.
After that, we started bowling at about 11:50pm we had a peaceful full hour and 20 minutes before we overheard on the intercom Main Event is closing in 20 minutes. Now me and my party were the last people in the lanes, but we had still paid for our time and again were in celebrations for my brothers birthday. A few minutes after the announcement a few of the team members crowded towards our lane and one team member stated they were “making great TIME for the night”, emphasizing the timing moment. This caused me and my party to feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed for the time we paid for and caused us to leave early, once we stated we were leaving we were met with cheers from the staff and then rushing over to pickup our bowling balls and clean around us even though we were grabbing our things.
I would like to say, Connor, was the only team member who was helpful and still maintained lovely customer service when we were leaving the bowling area of the facility. While leaving, it was clear we were not the only ones there as last call was also called and there were still multiple people at the bar and in arcade.
I am deeply displease with Main Event and hope they can find some change within their current system.

had a very bad experience. Several games were broken . The games will take the credits out of your game card but just wont run afterwards. Ended up losing money and time. Some games will restart after the credits are taken. The air hockey tables wont pump air.

We had my son’s 14th birthday party here. It was incredible. The pizza was actually good, Lazer tag and the ropes obstacle course were a blast! The kids loved the arcade and VR games! Our hostess Harmony was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall amazing! She made this experience even more awesome than it already was, for ALL of us, adults and kids. We’ll definitely be going back much more often.

All around a great place. We (my family) was invited to a birthday party for a friend’s daughter. Huge area all around. Laser tag (has its own room), tight cord walking above people in one portion of the building where the video games are. Tons of video games to choose from. A huge bowling area along the whole back of the building, complete with tv, shoes, and drink service.
There’s a bar plus pool tables, almost as soon as you walk in to the right side. Good amount of tvs playing different sports events on there. The bathrooms are immediately to the left coming in, they were clean for as many people were there. Except for toliet paper was missing out of quite a few of them. Would go again, but it is very pricey. Sooo make sure you save up that money.

We used to take our kids all the time when they first opened, and then we stopped going because of the crowds, and the kids that would roam main event freely without supervision they would ruin it for the rest of us however, we took the kids the other night and I have to say how impressed I am with security, their adult supervision rule that’s in place. And overall, the amount of staff members that were walking throughout the park, making sure everything was tidy.
We pretty much have the place to ourselves on a Friday night, nothing but families, friends, and good groups of people inside.

Brought my sister here for her birthday and spent $300, and within 10 minutes, I regretted bringing her here. The number of games and rides that are broke is crazy. I spent the majority of my time going back to the counter to get credits put back on cards. Games are racking up credits that are unplayable with no warnings, just robbing kids of their fun. Take your kids elsewhere.
