Twinkie is the absolute best. We got stuck in Stroudsburg during a snow storm and Twinkie was very hospitable at the only bar within walking distance of our motel, which is one of the coolest I’ve ever been to along te Delaware Water Gap. Check out 101 and say hi to her for us!

Lindsay is great. She gets 5 stars from me. She’s a great host and very personable. She’s the bar tender and chef. Crazy! Can’t wrap my head around that and that’s the reason for my rating. While she’s in the back cooking, people are waiting to be served at the bar. Not a great way to run a business. The food was ok. We ordered wings and literally got two wings chopped up and an extra piece. It was ridiculous. The atmosphere was chill though. The people were also pleasant. Not much going on. There was no DJ. We played music from a jukebox until Lindsay brought out a speaker. The hotel could use some repairs and upgrades. It might bring in more business.
