We ordered food from this restaurant through a delivery app. One of the items ordered was a tofu Banh mi. I was surprised when it arrived with meat paste on it, as there was no mention of meat in the description. We called the restaurant and were told we should have known it came with meat. We said how would we know, it doesn’t say it on the menu. He then said it was our fault as we should have ordered asking for it vegetarian. Again how would we know. He became rude and dismissive and just kept saying “thank you thank you”. When we asked if this is how you treat customers he continued the same. This was really disappointing as the other dishes we ordered were quite tasty. But due to this poor customer service we will not order again in the future.

Absolutely love this place! Friend and I went here for lunch and had the deluxe steamed rice (there’s a fried egg behind the rice) and it was amazing! I actually ordered the beef pho and papaya mango salad the next night for dinner and it was so good 10/10

This place has fantastic food. And the service sizes are generous. My pho had a well developed broth, the chicken was flavourful, the noodles were perfectly cooked and the service was so nice 🙂 ill definitely be coming back!

The place looked clean, but the food quality was poor. I ordered Tom Ym Soup with side white rice on 22nd January, got severe food poisoning from it. Very disappointing!!

We got the bun bo hue, beef deluxe pho, & the shrimp + BBQ pork rolls! Everything was so good, however I personally think the bun bo hue would’ve been perfect if it was a tad bit spicier (but nothing a lil extra chili oil or sriracha couldn’t fix)!
I honestly only ordered from here because my usual fav viet spots to order from were closed & I was having late night cravings, so I found this place on doordash – ended up being a great choice!
9/10, so glad I was able to try this place out!

I ordered the tofu Bahn mi for delivery and when it arrived it had meat pate in it. No where on the menu description did it mention meat. I called to discuss this with the rest and the staff I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive and told me it was my fault as I should know it comes with pate meat. I was appalled at the way he spoke to me and taunted me on the phone when I complained about the customer service.
