Delicious…. This time we had the 16oz Ribeye (the steak was juicy and tender) with a Baked Potato and grilled vegetables. We also ordered and a Bacon and Cheddar Steakburger with fries. Everything was good. Excellent staff attention. Thank you for your service.

Very busy restaurant on Saturdays, we were seated in a timely manner, but waited a bit long for our waiter, it seems they were under staffed, but our waiter did his best. Overall food was good.

My husband took me to Great American Steakhouse on George Dieter for my birthday. Omg, it was amazing. We shared the $58 Porter House for two, we also got the cole slaw, baked beans, grilled veggies, mashed potatoes and queso fundido. The food was amazing! Our server was Ysett and she was attentive. She asked about our day and hubby told her it was my birthday and after our meal she bought me a hot brownie with vanilla ice cream on top with a lighted sprinkler. Loved the Atmosphere and attentiveness of our server. Can’t wait to go back again!

Me & my husband came for dinner & IT WAS INFREAKINCREDIBLE !!!! The server was extremely nice, she was very attentive to us(I forgot her name I’m so sorry) but she did well !! Anyway the food was great !! Very 10/10 , like it was literally soooo good !!! I definitely recommend for a date night or just a night out to eat ! I got the 10oz sirloin (medium well) & it was GOOODDDD !! My husband got the ribeye tacos & they were great as well ! Very juicy & tender ! Both had a lot of flavor to it which made both meals DELICIOUS ! Coming back for sure !!

I could tell our waiter was trying too hard. We ordered salads as our side. Salads weren’t coming. They cane with our steak. I made a comment to that and waiter said, oh you didn’t say you wanted them first. I thought, you didn’t ask. So we spent so much time eating our salads that our steak got cold. So frustrating. That’s on you, Mr.Waiter, to ask.

The staff was warm and welcoming, and the margaritas at the bar were excellent. Special recognition to the bartender who crafted a truly proper Sidecar for my husband. That said, the wait for our table was unexpectedly long—over an hour—despite the restaurant being far from full and unusually quiet for a Saturday night. It seemed they may have been short-staffed.
The hatch chile cream soup was, as always, outstanding. Unfortunately, our rare ribeye and brisket arrived overcooked and dry, but the team addressed the issue quickly and professionally. Once everything was corrected, our large party all enjoyed their meals, including the ribeye tacos, grilled salmon, steakburger, and the green chile pasta with shrimp. We also loved the delicious coleslaw and beans.

We had lunch today at this restaurant for the first time. All 5 of our meals were spot on. Excellent quality of food and excellent customer service from our waitress. Atmosphere was great and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The food here is always very solid and worth the money. The buffalo chicken sandwich was HUGE and super flavorful. The fries came out cold but they were quickly replaced. The bacon steak burger was a solid 9/10 and I would recommend it to anyone too scared to try anything else. We also had frozen margaritas that were really flavorful just more melted than frozen but other than that no complaints. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
