Very disappointing. We got pizza, wings and free bread. Everything is way over cooked. The wings are supposed to be Buffalo wings and have no buffalo sauce on them at all. They are so dried and over cooked that there’s no meat on most of them and just bones exposed already from the meat drying up. The free bread and pizza are also over done. Some bites taste burnt/carbon. The service over the phone was great. I called in advance to inquire the size of the carry out special they had. I picked it up right before the pick-up time so it’s not just from sitting in the box or under heat lamps. The pizza is edible. But the wings are not even food anymore they are hard a dry and not even buffalo at all.

I typically really enjoy this pizza. We love ordering their belly buster, great for a party. I heard they have new owners, and after a few mishaps with customer service in the past, was excited to try again. Unfortunately, still another big disappointment. I ordered the belly buster, and I thought I clicked for delivery. After 45 minutes, I checked the order online and it said take out. I was frustrated at myself, and called the restaurant. He confirmed it had been sitting for over 30 minutes. I explained how I must’ve not double checked delivery, and he said nothing. No apology, no sympathy, nothing. He did assure me it would be plenty hot still from sitting atop the ovens. My husband left to pick it up, and again the guy offered no words of sympathy. My husband asked why they couldn’t have called after 30 minutes of it sitting and the guy just said “it’s not their policy”. Cool. So I spent $60 on a large pizza, and $14 on this sad salad and couldn’t get a single “that’s a big bummer, sorry you made that mistake” from the guy. We weren’t fishing for any refund or discount, obviously it was my mistake, but still this felt like bad service on his part. That pizza was room temperature at best. Not warm. And this salad? A joke.

Took over 2.5 hours to get my order, spoke with Ethan he was helpful. Spoke with the manager Martinez and she was absolutely terrible. Her attitude and service was horrendous. Pizza was cold, the order was wrong. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else but here, will never order from here again. Ethan if you read this I expect my refund that you stated on the phone.
I’m addition to the last 2 reviews in the last hour, I spoke with my delivery driver on the phone. He told me the service was so terrible he knocked over something on the counter, goes with what cargasmic posted.
And once again that Martinez lady has 0 social skills her answer was “I don’t know what to tell you” in the rudest voice. The fact she’s a manager says a lot about this business.
Also I ordered 1 LG and 1 MED, got 4 boxes with cafeteria pizza not even cut, do better.

This is truly a Hidden Gem. A pizza parlor the unbeaten path that will absolutely amaze you. It did me. I was simply hungry and from the out side just seems like a normal place. Inside we were greeted and treated very nice like we were long time friends. The young lady working was extremely pleasant and her pizza making skills made me feel like the world is missing out.
The cheese was unrealistic perfect when pulling a slice from the box and yer somehow just enough grease to make it delicious with minimal mess.
We appreciate you and hope that others find this review and get to experience the delightful experience.

This place is usually uplifting, happy employees, foods on point and its just a pver all great place and foods perfectly cooked and made to order. Until tonight it seems gloomy the employee isnt the normal ones and this employee seemed annoyed from the entrance to exit to wait and back in for the food. The bread is burned so bad it reeks that smell of burned food like its strong as if the bites just came from a house fire status smelling. These sad burned beyond burned things we got are abnormally Hard and honestly the saddest bread bites we ever received and seen…… pics don’t show the stone hard burned beyond belief cold Charcoal wed been given. Hope something or someone comes to restraighten this before it continues. :^(

If you’re looking for a hard, cardboard style crust, Fat Belly Pizza isn’t for you! Their crust is thinner in which i love because it’s easier to chew for me and it’s not really doughy. I went for the first time ever today… definitely wasn’t disappointed. The pizza is really good. Not overly greasy. I’m definitely going back to try the wings next. I’m more keen to stuffed crust but I’d rather go here for a quality pizza. Great price, friendly staff. They have a customer for as long as I’m in Colorado springs.

This place WAS amazing when we first moved here in 2022. This place has gone DOWNHILL – we ordered 2 pizzas (Big Popper and Meat Sweats). When I opened the box, the first pizza was wrong… they forgot the jalepenos on the Big Popper. The employee said it was correct. I had to show her the menu and show her that it says jalepenos. It also has cream cheese on there, but the “cream cheese” was some kind of gooey sweet cheese. Meat sweats barely had any meat on there. QUALITY is so poor. Do not waste your time or money… better off getting frozen pizza.

We stopped in for the grand re-opening for lunch to try them out after a morning at the zoo, and we were not disappointed! This place is tucked away in the corner of a small strip mall beside the surplus store.
The inside has a few tables sit and enjoy your food and a few arcade games to keep occupied while you wait. Chris was on duty to take orders and make the goods today. He was upbeat, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service.
The menu has plenty of options to choose from, and we went with a 20″ Meat Sweats pizza, Buffalo bone in wings, and the bread bites. The bread bites came out first, and they were plump, buttery, and delicious! Next we received the wings, and let me tell you there is a TON of meat on these wings. They were brined for a few hours before, and the flavor went all of the way through the meat. I am usually one to want extra Buffalo sauce for flavor, but the brine provided that flavor that is usually missing from other restaurant wings. Absolutely delicious and juicy! The pizza came out, and this thing was huge! The slices are very big, and the cheese and toppings are generous. The crust had that perfect balance of chewy and crispy.
If you’re planning to get pizza and wings, this is the place hands down. After eating here, there is no going back to the mainstream bland pizza places. Give it try and pack your patience pants to get quality fresh food made with care – it is absolutely worth it!

A little gem in the hood! Good tasting pizza. The food came out quick. Pizza was nice n saucy. The bread bites were fire! The personal salads were good just need a little something extra in them. They have good family deals!! The place was a little loud but nothing too crazy. The guy Chris was pretty upbeat and was talkative while we waited. Would come back again!
