I got the Pigs Fly pizza sans bacon. Literally the best pizza crust I’ve had in 5-years. Thank gawd for a pizza restaurant this good with dairy-free cheese. That crust is delicious

So yeah, I’m extremely late on the Rai’s Pizza train, because I was just blown away by how good their pizza is (and the wings were on the high side of good).
Not many places offer you a choice of “spicy” sauce on the pie…throw pepperoni and banana peppers on that joint, and it’s an experience.

First time patron. The place was empty, ordered the large cheese steak sub with provolone cheese. Basic condiments (Mayo, mustard, ketchup). The person taking my order was also the cook.
Got a sticker shock for $23.32. I couldn’t taste the mustard nor ketchup. The steak tasted stale or old. The FREE bag of kettle fried chips was stale. I don’t have any known enemies out there, so I can’t genuinely recommend this place to anyone.

I can’t believe this place isn’t 5 stars across the board – as a native New Yorker- this is one of the few places I can trust to make a perfect pizza every time. The people leaving bad reviews need to stop trying to eat NY style pizza and buy a loaf of bread like they want. This place rocks!

Pizza is good. Service is awful. When the restaurant is dead – and you place and order for take out, you expect the food to be ready within the 30 min time frame they quoted.
Well – 50 mins later they forget half the order of 2 pizzas and 2
10-count wings.
No urgency to make up time and no apology or offer of credit or refund.
There needs to be someone who can work the back other than a teenager.

Came a little while back when they first opened. I had heard a lot of Rai’s but hadn’t taken the time to go. I just happened to be at the Ice House and decided to stop in. The staff is so friendly and nice. Miss Rai herself talked me through the different soda’s they had when she noticed I had trouble deciding since I didn’t recognize the brand. Food came out quickly and every bite was so delicious! I don’t even eat the crust to pizza but the crust was one of the best parts! Love everything about this place and the people that run it!
