This is the third time I’ve had a bad experience last time i got served raw chicken with brown lettuce.
Tonight after finishing a 16 hour work day i decided to get some late food the lady was extremely rude first of all she asked me to come to the window to take order as she couldn’t here me (perfectly alright with me(she ask what i wanted i said im just checking the menu real quick she said i don’t want to be at the window all night i gave her my order.. i couldn’t reach to get my drinks she said other people cant reach why cant you off the charts rude told me to wait at door as its she was making it fresh fries where cold chicken sandwich had no lettuce no mayo and 2 pieces of hair the food was horrible the staff even worse should never be allowed to operate business
i will never be back… i normally would never write a bad review but as there have been a few occasions now the lady’s attitude was just inhumane if you value your life don’t go here

What can you say It’s fast food. I’ve always liked Burger King because I like gas broiler burgers. Prices are very good. Service was very quick. Attendant was polite. I’d recommend this place again.

So because McDonald’s is within 1/10th of a mile. I think it’s fair to compair.
At BK I used to order the smaller melts when they had them. I actually think that those ranked pretty high in the fast food world compared to McDonald’s Big Mac which is sub par, because their standard patty is 1.6oz burgers i think are now 1.3oz.
Won’t lie service is never horrible, but never had i the ability to rave about it either. Unlike McD’s, where the crew ignores the front counter, gets mad when you tell them they forgot something or flat out give you someone’s order. Which the ONLY time McDonalds is pleasent is when the store manager is on duty.
Oh and time. Even when BK is busy, 10 min wait max. McDs, easily 30 minutes. Sometimes an hour.

Walked into the Pembroke BK to order food and my kids were told they couldn’t come in because their shoes were wet from the snow. They made them go outside and wait. They are 11 and 13 and were capable of looking at the menu when I went to the bathroom before ordering. She was very rude and wouldn’t have spoken to them like that if they Al were adults.

The best Burger King in the area. Burgers are always hot and taste fresh, they always include my sauce in the bag and they make sure to ask at the window if I ordered sauce. There’s a very kind older woman who is almost always there and she is the BEST! Don’t understand these other reviews saying she is rude, she is almost always the only employee there and has been nothing but nice to me! Even has parked me and my boyfriend and walked out to give us food and extra sauce.

Just got scammed when trying to use a 7.99 coupon whopper meal. Paid cash the lady lied saying she put coupon in amd she didn’t the math on my receipt doesn’t add up even with rounding up. She gaslit me and refused to look at my calculator on the phone. I only went there because of the coupon. How many other times hs she done this?

Lady at the front was a rude lady. She told me. I had to wait 15 min to just to get an ice cream. After she made the ice cream she must have stuck her beef curtains in it. Bc it tasted like fish. I wish I could say I’m lying. I was so hungry I ate that fishy icecream with a frown on my face. ( I haven’t eaten in days ) over all bad experience
