This evening 30th December 21:30 experienced one of the worst fast food ever. Not sure if team were very short staffed or inexperienced but this was really terrible. It took close to 30 min to get our food. Staff was going everywhere and nowhere. In and out of kitchen. Team was useless. Food coming out of kitchen directly on counter or waiting bags, then waiting for the rest of the order while getting cold. Customer, drivers and staff were taking over the waiting bags and trays in main counter. No hygienic. So many mistakes in orders. There was food spilled everywhere in the kitchen. Management need to step in!!!

I love going to this Burger King. The service is always fast and pleasant. The food is delicious and hot, which is often lacking in other places. Unfortunately, the tables aren’t always cleaned, so I won’t give it 5 stars.

Today I’ve had the WORST fast food experience in my entire life. I arrived there and ordered. It took them 40 minutes to start preparing my order and 10 minutes later they gave it to me. Then they took my food and threw it in the trash and asked me to wait even more time because they had to prepare it again. The order was right, but they threw it in the trash anyway.
I couldn’t wait any more time because I had a deadline, so I left.

Well our dinning was fine, the only issue I had was the manager’s disapproval of my discount which I legally have. As an employee in the same franchise.

Took just 7 mins to receive my food at 5pm on a Saturday. Self service machines that let you add or remove ingredients to your burger. Clean. Friendly staff. They made an error with my friends order and they quickly corrected it and gave some free onion rings.

Placed in the centre of Versailles, it is enough big and divided in two floors. It is possible to dine in the first floor, while in the ground floor there is the preparation and the take away. The food is not bad, although the chicken wings are too cooked. The potatoes are good, as well as the salad. It is not easy to park nearby. The staff is very gentle and can speak english. Preparation fast. Recommended.
