Clean place, food was good, decent to small portions for what you pay (compared with other Vietnamese restaurants). Not too many options to choose from, but what you get is tasty. No menus available at the tables, just a menu on the window at the entrance. The lady who took the order (I’m assuming she was the owner) was friendly. Overall, I would recommend this place if you are in area.

The best pho I have EVER had. Today I got the rare steak pho (a medium bowl, which was SO CHEAP and SO FILLING!) with a raspberry peach smoothie. This restaurant is so gorgeous. I couldn’t stop rambling about it and how great the atmosphere is. The music is peaceful and creates such a wonderful vibe! The broth was so flavorful and there was such a great portion of meat. I’m so pleased with my experience today. The service (Steve helped us today) is amazing and I felt so taken care of! Thank you Pho Ginseng and Steve for one of the most satisfying meal experiences I’ve ever had.

Coming from a large city with plenty of PHO restaurants to choose from, we were very surprised to find one here in Huntersville that executes the PHO on an amazing level. The PHO satay style is on point when it comes to flavor. The service was fast and good. The vermicelli dishes where really good and the portion was good. Now that the fall weather has started, I see this place making the weekly rotation of reataurant to visit. The PHO broth is thick and complex as it should be and you can tell that a good portion of time was taken to create it with every sip you take of the broth. Cannot say enough how good the PHO tasted here.

I just happened upon this small and relaxing restaurant in Huntersville, NC. The food looks and smells wonder! The menu has so many dishes to choose from; appetizers, Huntersville Tieu ( a popular Southern Vietnamese noodle dish, Bun (vermicelli) and quite a few vegetarian dishes.

Decent service, great food, loved the thai iced tea, best I’ve had in the Charlotte area. I had the Pho combination, others with me had shrimp pho, a rice dish with shrimp (which was delicious) among other things.

First off, the food is great. While the service isn’t bad, it’s also what’s keeping this from being 5 stars. Once we ordered, we were left alone except when the food was delivered. We had to request utensils after the food was placed, but couldn’t ask quickly enough before the server had left. No one came back until we were done. So, if you want to be left alone and easy good food, this is your place. If you want a bit more attention, set your expectations appropriately. The dumplings were good and I only got a photo after scarfing down the first two.

This place gets the job done and does not disappoint. Great for a quick lunch. Seats sometimes fill up quick on busy days so be ready to wait if you HAVE to get your Vietnamese food fix.
