Pizza and wings are good! Don’t bother ordering though. Wait time is terrible and their website is broken. Never seen a site try so hard to not take money. Won’t save delivery address and won’t let me sign up for a rewards account. Going back to Gatti’s.

The restaurant was running about 15 mins behind on orders, but the cashier’s attitude was great. She was incredibly friendly and had a very positive attitude. My experience may have been different if her service wasn’t as great as it was.

This is very clearly an already baked pepperoni pizza that they threw a bunch of cold toppings on afterwards. I called the store and spoke to a rude guy who was apparently the manager. Since I ordered through DoorDash, he refused to remake the pizza and hung up on me. I’ll never order from here again.

Was looking forward to the supposedly four star pizza place, since was passing through town. Terrible service with racial undertone.
I had placed an online order and was told it was few more minutes till the two pizzas were done. Meanwhile I buy two drinks. It is customary for a cashier, as I have worked as one before, to hand the card back to the customer’s fingers as I did when I gave him my credit card.
When he passes it through, after he turns the card over front facing assumingely to read my name then place the card on the counter and doesn’t bother to slide it to me. I say thank you for the service and no greeting or a word back. As all of this is happening my pizzas were getting done and I go wait, its only few three minutes before we get them. Only to realize home that while we were waiting to get our order after having terrible customer service, that the small pizza was barely even cut?? It was chopped two or three times giving us like three big slices and tiny ones, only realizing this of course till we got to our next destination. They did this while we waited for our pizzas? They knew what they were doing. Shame on them.
This was intentional and every POC customer has experienced something like this. I know what this experience was.
Definitely do not recommend this place especially not for out of town black or brown people.

I’ve been coming to this place for about 3 years or so. 1st time was amazing. but it was all a show. i started to order to for delivery and that was when i saw there true colors. the pizza was always cold. and look gross. some time so bad i had to go get food some where to feed the family NOT cool. Who wants a pizza that looks like it has been step on.. time to find a new pizza place to call on…

Usually pretty busy, but always great tasting! It took longer to get one calzone, it wasn’t ready when specified, when I went to pick it up they hadn’t even seen my ticket. So I waited an extra 15 min. But like I said it tasted amazing.
