Ugh . What in the everloving square hamburger is going on here? I just don’t understand this restaurant. I love the concept: the burgers, the corn pups, the “pick 5” type specials. But the service is always baaaaaad! This time I saw one young lady standing behind the counter about 6 feet back toward the fryers. She just stood there looking at me. Never said a word. She had a headset on so I thought maybe she was talking to someone in the drive-thru. Nope. This went on for minutes. Long story short, I finally ordered and the food was just ok. I sincerely wish this wasn’t the case because I really do like Krystals. Again, ugh.

Restaurant was freezing inside! Employees did not greet us or wanted to take our order. Had to ask if they were going to take our order. Ordered the low carb bowl and did not get the grits. Was over charged on top of that. Will never go here again!!

Every time we go to this location we are, without be asked automatically up sized on our drink order from what we ask for (medium) to a giant rodie. We never want it or ask for it. When we confront the staff their nice attitude changes. We aren’t told any of this until after they swiper our card. They then are forced to refund us cash from the register. In their anger they threw the full roadie against the drink machine causing all of this to spill down the machine in the store. Super profesh. Probably won’t come back.

This was our fourth Krystal in a week and a half. The burgers and fries were the best ones we have had. We are here (our home state) from Texas (where we moved to 28 years ago) and can’t get Krystal where we live. This one had the fresh delicious burgers we remember. Excellent food kind service. Clean.

I stopped in this morning for a little breakfast. Per the usual, I received excellent service! I was greeted through the drive thru, was greeted by the young lady at the window. Yes believe it or not people can speak at fast food restaurants ♀️ . There was a young man putting cups up and he smiled and said Gm ma’am. It takes so little to smile and be kind. My orders are always correct and the staff is very friendly. I can’t ask for more than that! So job well done and thank you ❤️
