Food, it’s McDonalds. Not sure it’s real or if they’ve just figured out how to make edible plastic and pay the other restaurants for the byproducts of other food to make it smell real.

Atmosphere now that’s interesting this is a new McDonald’s setup but it’s just as contrived considering the food and service it’d be way more enjoyable if I could pretend it isn’t what it is which is…McDonald’s. We all as a country need to learn how to tell companies when it’s not enough. The prices don’t justify the ends anymore. And if ordering delivery FORGET IT! you can easily spend as much as it cost for restaurant quality food at a sit down restaurant with a waiter.

Came by on a busy Saturday morning and my order took a little while, so I went inside to check on it. The ladies working the front were incredibly kind and sweet. This is the kind of customer service I truly miss—genuine, patient, and welcoming. We need more people like them in customer service!

Absolutely terrible, ordered to go and everything was wrong. Fries were cold and unsalted, all spicys had a tiny bit of lettuce and one single tomato. Chicken looked like it had been messed with and ripped for some reason.
They charge two dollars for extra tomatoes (two slices) and then put one single dinky one. The bread was hard like it was sitting out overnight.
This is really shitty food. McDonald’s is already trash for your body the least you can do is not leave it out all hot or serve it cold.

Update: it happened again tonight. Same issue.
I used the link to report on McDonald’s website and got a generic email response saying sorry. No action.
I don’t know what it is about this specific McDonald’s – but they must hate custom orders. If I ask for no cheese – I get only cheese and nothing else. If I ask for extra onions – I get no onions. It’s so frustrating how many times I’ve had to drive back up there and get my order corrected. It’s at least 80% of the time.

A 30 minute wait in an empty restaurant? For a happy meal. Is it impossible to dedicate a person to the people not in the drive through line? 1 person came out to acknowledge all the people waiting and asked about our orders and we didn’t even get the whole thing. Safe to say we don’t plan to go back.

When your order is wrong 4 out of 5 times and not counting the one time it took 2 extra times to get the order right. This customer is not real happy. If you want your order done correctly just try ordering a plain burger just maybe they won’t have it the usual way they make it.

We did a mobile order last night. But of course, our order was wrong and missing items. My double Quarter pounder was wrong. We were supposed to get 4 apple pies, but go two cookies. No, we didn’t call, and we live in the neighborhood behind McDonald’s. But these fast food places here are terrible. I’m done eating here.

Restaurant was clean. Restaurant was empty with exception of one employee’s boyfriend/husband. I stood at pickup counter 10min. Before a word was said to me. The employee’s saw me but continued to talk among them selves. They started the online order 5 minutes after I arrived.

This McDonald’s branch seriously needs better management, the staff clearly don’t know basic counting or math. This is about the fourth time they’ve shorted my order. I ordered a 4-piece McCrispy and got only 3. In the past, my Double Fish Fillet came with just one fillet! Absolutely the worst branch in my experience. Please double-check your order before leaving the counter or taking out!
