I really think the management needs to stop telling the ladies who work in the windows to stop asking for a tip. Not only its weird it is embarrassing what if I only had the exact amount for my cofee. I won’t come back to this location again.

I’ve been to this Biggby many times and it’s just not a good one. They’re one of the more expensive ones in the area, I’ve noticed them raise their prices way more than other ones around. The coffee regularly tastes bad, often extremely burnt, and the staff just isn’t that nice here. With how many Biggbys are around I’m gonna stop picking this one.

The atmosphere and the service was very good. The women behind the counter were very friendly and efficient, unfortunately, I ordered a dry cappuccino and ended up with what was basically a latte. A lot of milk and very little foam. I think the baristas need a little more training.

We ate at Fiesta Charra which is here at the Dewitt Center. We love this place and the servers Alberto or Veronica are the best. We ordered tacos De Carne Asada Dinner. I ordered Pollo (chicken) Pueblano. Both dinners are set ed with rice and beans. They serve free chips and salsa and a spicy white cheese dip that only they serve. Very good

This is the best Biggby location. I chose to go to this one even if it is slightly out of the way. Amazing customer service, the employees are bubbly and always happy to see and serve you. It is fast service unless it’s busy, but they do a great job of moving the line. Food is excellent, whether you choose a bagel, muffin, or brownie. You won’t be disappointed. They truly make you feel like you are the best part of their day.

ALWAYS have coffee grounds in my espresso making my drink bitter and grainy. Will unfortunately be avoiding this location since it has happened on so many different occasions. I thought maybe it was just a one off but it seems to be the trend.

My favorite Biggby. The staff works hard to get to know you. They know my name and always greet me by name. I like to work in there and I notice they know a lot of their customers names. This Biggby has built relationships and I think that’s what business is all about.

It’s in a great location. Yes. The coffee products are good. Yes. The staff are friendly and accommodating, yes. Everything else about this location is not great. I’m unsure what the workflow bottlenecks here are but it takes an immensely long time for anything to get made. I only come here if I have 20 minutes of time to waste in line. The tip begging (90% of the time) just adds to it. I mean sure, if it was able to be handled in a timely fashion and didn’t waste nearly half an hour in my car I would consider it. But seriously, I’m about done with this place and if it wasn’t smack in the beginning of my morning commute I already would be.
