We have been coming to this location to pickup orders for quite a while now. Service is great, orders are ready when stated and food is always tasty. We tried the new Crispy Chicken Pizza and it is REALLY good. We always order and love the thin and crispy crust…it has just the right amount of crunch! Order and enjoy.

My bf made an order at 1:20 today, and he called because he thought he set it for delivery (Tipped the driver & everything), but when he check his order again it was set to carry out. He called to see what happened. First call he was put in hold then hung up on, second call was ignored, third call they picked up then hung up to ignore the call. He decided to go to the location. He got there and didn’t leave with his complete order until 3:00. Whoever was working at the front told him they were making his order however he didn’t receive it. he asked again what the wait was and she told him they were backed up and making other’s orders. He told her that his order was originally placed over an hour ago at this point. She then said that she got to work at 2:00, so she didn’t know. After telling her that she shouldn’t tell a customer that she’ll have their order fixed right now & have them wait for over an hour he finally left with a refund.

Worst experience I ever had ordering a $27 pizza. My pizza was delivered burnt and out of place as if someone dropped it on the floor. The box was partially open and the driver had the nerve to leave it at my door step. Well when I went to the store to bring them the horrible pizza the assistant manager Jacly said I will be refunded. She states she is not able to give me a refund receipt so I asked her to write a letter and sign it so that I would have proof I was getting a full refund. Well the letter stated that if my funds were not in my account by today, call and speak with the manager Marie. When I called and asked for Marie today someone said she was busy and she forgot to refund me the money. I’m like how do you just forget to give a person money back. The person on phone said Marie couldn’t come to the phone and asked for my card number. I would not just give my card number over the phone to first off people that I can’t even trust to give me my refund. It was so bad and I order from here all of the time. I will make it a priority to never order from this Pizza Hut again .

I’m a door dasher. I arrived on time and had to wait 6 minutes for the order, then she said we forgot about the breadsticks so it will be at least another 5 minutes. Not cool Pizza Hut.
