The food is delicious here at el chilito I love the staff. It’s a hidden gem with authentic food and the best service ever! I really love supporting local businesses. The owner’s Francisco and Maria are two of the kindest nicest people you could ever meet.They are like family.The first time you meet them. Their daughters are very personable, polite and knowledgeable about the food.As well as the drinks. They’re on the main road and easy to find. The Salsa’s are homemade and Scrumptious with a wide variety of dishes are like Mama’s home cooking. Burritos, Taco’s, Enchiladas or Taquitos, all made fresh to order are so good. I chalenge you to take on their “Super Burrito” not only huge but made however you like it. I recommend this restaurant highly.And if you haven’t been here, you are missing out.

I have been coming here for over 20 years and have not been disappointed. My company has ordered lunch burritos for 100+ and they’re so great to work with. I’ve tried most of the menu, its just delicious stuff. I’ve never eaten there’s the dining space is very small and worn out. A few times it’s been less than clean. But the food is more than worth a sketchy table.

They also have wiggle room with how the meals are made because they prepare it freshly.

Great food but when are they open? I’ve made three trips to Canby lately during normal hours, 4pm on a Wednesday, 4:30pm on a Saturday, and they are CLOSED. This is why they lost us as customers the first time.

Not five stars because I was not expecting such a wait, but they were busy and the food was delicious and so was the Jamaica and Horchata drinks. The place is very small with four seats on the counter and two tables inside. If it’s not too cold there is plenty of seats outdoors.
