We are very disappointed in this location. The customer service was horrible. The store was allowing customers to order pizzas at the drive thru window and sit at the window while their pizza was cooking; customers with carry out orders had to wait. We ordered a thin crust BBQ chicken pizza no onions, the cook put so much BBQ sauce on the pizza as if they were preparing a thick crust pizza. The sauce was just thrown on the pizza. We’ve had it with this place!! So not cool. What happened to restaurant workers who’d prepare customers orders the same way they’d fix their own food?

I had a really disappointing experience at this Papa John’s location today around 2 PM. I placed an order through the Uber Eats app and went to pick it up, but the staff made it way more difficult than necessary.
First, they asked me to show my phone to confirm the order, which I did, including my name to prove it matched. Even after that, they still refused to give me my food. Then, they insisted I swipe right in the app to complete the order before handing it over—so I did. But after that, they wanted me to prove that I had swiped, which isn’t even possible to show. I even showed them the receipt, yet they still wouldn’t release my order.
The worst part? I was the only customer there, and the way the manager handled the situation was rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a Papa John’s customer for years and have used Uber Eats plenty of times, and I’ve never had an experience like this—not even close. Honestly, I can’t shake the feeling that racism played a part in how I was treated.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered online..the online order form should have a place for special instructions, like please add a seasoning packs with my delivery..I called the store and spoke to Amanda and asked her specifically to make sure I got the green seasoning pack with my order..she said ok, low and behold , NO SEASONING!!!!!
