Honestly didn’t expect much from the place but Adamaris & Mackenzie turned my whole day around. They were kind, attentive, and friendly. I usually leave a review after I’ve visited enough times to feel comfortable with my rating but the staff there was awesome. The food you can tell was not sitting, stale or mediocre. It’s an above average chipotle staffed by good people.

If I could give this a 0, I would. Starting off first with the rudeness from the server there was no calmness. There was a bit of aggression from him. Seems like a college kid in his 20s. I was expecting him to be polite, but he was rude and didn’t treat me with any respect. He also tried to charge me on all my sides assuming that I’m dumb or something and try to charge me double the amount, so $20 for one bowl. Then on the amount of sauces, he gave me he gave me such a little amount and when I politely asked if I can get a bit more within the cup, another server swings by and rudely said no, and that all the cups are like that. Never in my life have I ever seen such a disrespectful service and an embarrassment as an establishment and as people. I will never be back, which is a shame because I live right by it, but this is by far one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. By all means if anybody is reading this, please take my word in advance and don’t go to this location. I guarantee you the manager will just read this and glance over it knowing there’s things that need to be fixed. Embarrassing.

I ordered twice from here online and the portions are ridiculous for what you are paying for! Do not order from here until they get new people to work there. The food had zero flavor and the portions of meat were pathetic shame on them!

Imagine getting an eye roll when you buy chocolate milk so you can use the restroom. If the employees wore name tags I’d name them. Gross fact, the seat was warm, two employees came out of the occupied restrooms 10-15 mins later.

We’ve been coming to this Chipotle location at least once a week and sometimes multiple times for a while . It’s the closest one to us, and we typically spend $50 or more per visit feeding our family. But honestly, the only consistent thing about this location is the terrible customer service. Every visit feels rushed. The staff barely acknowledges you, no smiles, no basic courtesy, and the second you ask for anything extra like more rice or salsa you’re met with eye rolls or attitude. Your food gets tossed together carelessly like they can’t wait to move on to the next person. Tonight was just another example, and honestly, the last straw. We ordered four meals and asked for four vinaigrettes one for each meal. The employee behind the counter snapped, “You only get two.” When I explained we had four meals and offered to pay for the extra two, she rolled her eyes and said “I guess,” before asking another employee to get it for her. Then we stood there while her and two other employees tried to figure out how much to charge us–as if there isn’t a standard price for dressing. We were eventually charged for avocado ranch. And just to be clear–we don’t mind paying for extra dressing. That’s not the issue. What we do mind is being treated like we’re a problem for simply asking. Other Chipotle locations have never given us a hard time about vinaigrette, and even at this location, it’s not enforced consistently. I’d say 99% of the time at this location, it’s never an issue to get extra dressing. It only seems to be an issue when this same employee is working, and the attitude is always the same: rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. What made it even more clear that this wasn’t just our experience? As we were checking out, the customer in front of us actually came back in, clearly upset, and asked for the manager’s name because his experience had also been so bad. The most frustrating part is that I already submitted feedback through Chipotle’s website about this exact location almost a year ago and nothing has changed. Same problems. This store is giving the Chipotle brand a bad name. If corporate cares at all about the customer experience, it’s time to take a serious look at what’s going on here. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time, but it’s hard to keep supporting a location where you’re treated like an inconvenience every time you walk in.

We arrived in SoCal for a soccer showcase at Chapman on December 26, 2024. 25 hungry players and 3 coaches, all needing dinner. We walked in and the restaurant was slow, thankfully. We stepped up to the counter and ordered 28 burritos! The staff confirmed 28 then got to work! They were like a well oiled machine! There were 5 members of staff doing an assembly line to get us in and out. All the while, they were double covering and making food for those who came in behind us and waited patiently, which we appreciated. The staff was amazing and got us in and out in record time. We wiped them out of about everything they had prepared, including chips! But I wanted to thank you all for being so wonderful and amazing. We appreciated your hard work!

Food was good, until the poison hit.
On 3/11 I placed a pickup order for two bowls at 7:50pm. I was about 20 minutes late, and when I arrived an employee had to retrieve my order from the back and told me to “choose the right pick up time next time”. Now I’m not sure what the store policy is but 20 minutes is not late enough for an employee to take my food off the pick up shelf and take it to the back, especially when there was no one else in the store and no other pick-up orders.
The worker that retrieved my food was a short dude 5’2-5’4 and around late teens early 20’s. Maybe he was rude because I showed up and he missed his chance to claim my food, probably needed the extra protein to grow a few inches.
Anyways, things got real interesting 30 minutes after I finished my bowl. I started getting light headed, then it quickly changed to full blown nausea. It was so bad I went home asap, and stuck my finger down my throat to try to purge it out of my system. Unfortunately I couldn’t force myself to throw up. So instead, for the next 6 hours I had a raging fever, cold sweats and intense nausea. Until finally, at around 12am I vomited and all of my symptoms vanished within the hour.
Keep in mind symptoms began less than an hour after consumption. In my experience food poisoning takes hours, so my best guess is chemical poisoning. Maybe bleach got into my food or another cleaning agent, but the onset of symptoms was so violent it was definitely not just food poisoning. Also, my girlfriend had gotten a nearly identical bowl to me and had not gotten sick at all.
TLDR: Rude short employee and chemical poisoning. I didn’t write a review for so long because I have better things to do but I got bored. Food tasted good before the poisoning set in though!

One of the worst chipotle I have ever been to in my life the gentleman that served me gave me 10little pieces of rice and gave me very very little steak. I also ordered guacamole and they gave me less than a quarter of the spoon some small droplets. Absolutely ridiculous will never come to this establishment again

I have never been angry at a service worker before. I never yell. I have never left a review before. This was the first time a restaurant has made me angry to the point of physical distress. The boy working the front gave me a queef of chicken and when I asked for a little more he charged me double. They are consistently out of everything and due to that, they constantly give you portions that represent a depression era hospice care. My friend wanted to use the bathroom and got shut down by the manager even after buying his meal. The anger I feel towards the franchise and the people working there is an anger I thought only possible by someone with deep psychological issues. This Chipotle is the reason why I drink and I still will never forget. Guac was good.
