My wife and I have been to this restaurant a couple times now and we love it! The atmosphere is cozy and bigger inside than it looks from the outside. The cocktails are always excellent! The food is fresh and delicious. We both had the short ribs and they were perfect! The only thing we would suggest is a little more of the sauce because it was so good that we wanted more for our mashed potatoes. The carrot cake was so good too!

We’ve been here multiple times and I truly can say this is one of the best restaurants on the western slope. The staff is very sweet and the food is AMAZING. Highly recommend the steak great prices for the amount of food you get!

We went to 320 for a date night and were very excited after hearing rave reviews in the past. We ordered an appetizer that never came. We ordered two different mocktails but they looked and tasted the same except for the garnish. I ordered a medium rare New York, my husband ordered the same but rare, and they were both medium to medium well, no pink, which was obvious when it came to the table before cutting in. Everything was very salty. We were never offered steak knives. The restaurant was very loud and not great date night ambience. We were very disappointed.

We’ve eaten here several times since they’ve opened and are more disappointed with each experience. This was probably our last. Nearly everything was overcooked. How do you even let food like this out of your kitchen? The nacho chips were almost black they were so over-“fired”, and were served without the advertised guacamole and sour cream. Steak was well done when we asked for medium rare to medium, at chef’s discretion. Broccolini was burnt to a crisp and inedible, but the carrots were almost raw? The fries were served without any condiments, and it took so long to get ranch after we requested it that the fries were cold. The quality has really gone downhill and it’s a shame because it’s a cute place with good hours and tasty cocktails. Aside from the embarrassing quality of the food, it took 25 minutes to get drinks, and 30 for appetizers. Just one server and one bartender for the whole house. Not their fault, they were very kind and apologetic. I hope the management is able to improve things. If not, they won’t last.

We went there last night for my boyfriend’s mom’s birthday. I have to say for the amount of money, it was awful food. First, there’s no parking. You have to park on the side of the road and there is a parking lot next to it but you aren’t allowed to park there. Ridiculous. Then we walk in and notice we’re sitting right next to the front door which when you open it you got a gust of freezing air. There was live music which was okay but sat right next to him and was just hard to have any conversations.
The food is overpriced for what you get. My boyfriend got the Wagyu steak and he had to stop eating it due to it cutting his mouth so bad. You can tell the steak had been frozen and the steak was super tough. All the moisture was added after to the outside of the steak but it was dry on the inside. I had a three20 burger which left me hungry after the fact. Also, you get really salty McDonald’s fries to go with your burger. They ran out of brisket and were also out of blue cheese for our burger. With six people, we spent $210. Just aweful. We left there hungry for sure and everything was overpriced for the quality.

Fine dining in Hotchkiss. Place is much bigger inside than it looks outside. Ordered the Lamb tostada and pork belly appetizers. Lamb tostada was served on tortilla chips that had gotten soft. Pork belly was tender and flavorful. Ordered the Wagu tenderloin special and the wife ordered elk stroganoff. The tenderloin was delicious although did not arrive as ordered medium rare, more medium well. My wife’s elk also arrived as medium well and not medium rare and unfortunately was a little dry. Hand rolled pasta was a little too thick. Overall a great start for 320

Went to their 1st Brunch. They’re still working it out, but once in flow, I think it’ll be a good spot for Sunday Brunch. Eggs Benedict- had a good hollandaise & a thick piece of ham. Yes, it was only served with 1 egg. Yes, it should’ve been 2 for the size & price. But again, it’s their 1st & still working out kinks.
Three20 Breakfast- they didn’t do the steak to temp because of the cut. But it was still a beautiful Medium pink center.
To be honest, the potatoes tasted like they were pre- cooked than sat. They were ok flavor wise. They were just chewy, not crisp
Not pictured- house coffee (1 refill), Millionaire Coffe & Mimosa.

Located in the unlikely town of Hotchkiss, Colorado we found a treasure for ‘date night’ last night. We started with the scallop appetizer and I can’t say enough good things about it. Melt in your mouth and ABSOLTELY DELISH! For the main course, I had the special, beef tenderloin, and my husband had the salmon. Both were cooked to perfection. The service was great, the ambiance soothing and the cocktails just to our liking. Locals and visitors alike should make this a regular stop at suppertime.

Had dinner with friends as well as attended an open house. Great/friendly staff and AMAZING food. Small but quaint atmosphere.
Hotchkiss is lucky to have a place like this in their community!
