On a long day trip to Crater of Diamonds State Park, Murfreesboro, AR while vacationing outside Memphis, TN.
Left early and stopped for breakfast as a halfway point. The women’s restroom smelled strongly like urine. Being 8 am, I was told it was cleaned overnight, but the female employee would check into it. After our meal, I went into the women’s restroom again & it still smelled strongly of urine. Told the male employee who was stocking the supplies the same scenario, and he seemed surprised.
Don’t know if the restroom ever got cleaned, but not is not a good first impression for a restaurant.

Normally the food is decent and the service is great. Walked into this Cracker Barrel in Arkansas with my with, we both were seated by the hostess. Sat down for 10 mins, saw 6 employees walking around. Not a single person acknowledged us let alone take our drink order.
Pretty disappointing to have 6 employees walking around, with 4 tables and ZERO SERVICE!

Our server seemed confused and honestly a little scattered. We had a party of seven. The server took one order, then said he had to enter that order before taking the other six. My kids tried order burgers, but the server said they were out (out of beef patties?) Then my son tied ordering a chicken sandwich. This confused the server, who said, “I’ve never had someone order a chicken sandwich.” It’s on the menu, which my son ordered straight off of. Again, he just seemed confused and a little odd, not to be rude.
Now the food. We were surprised and bummed that they had no burger meat? The food took over and hour to arrive. Overall the taste was fine, but my wife’s ocra was cold

The only saving grace during this visit was our server, Sophie! Super sweet and friendly! Food was seriously lacking, mashed potatoes were lumpy and COLD, along w the rest of my meal. Cashier was nice and welcoming. Service was good, but food was terrible. Sigh. At least the biscuits were pretty!

Not what it once was. We always loved everything about this place but the last time we visited, once seated we waited 52 minutes for our food which was served cold. The waiter was no where to be found for drink refills. Keep in mind the restaurant was less than half full, there was 2 in my party. Not the service we previously received for many years.

This is the happiest Cracker Barrel I have ever eaten at. Dined here at least 5 times in the last couple of years (I don’t live anywhere near here) and one of those times being Thanksgiving day. Everyone is always pleasant and there are always smiles, food is always great and they will be happy to go above and beyond for you.

This was our Easter Takeout Meal for 8-11 people. All food was great except we were shortchanged on the macaroni and cheese. It was not enough for 8-11 people. We had to tell people to get very little to save for all. My husband didn’t get any.

My sides were cold. Husband never got his salad dressing for his salad until he was done eating. Coffee was cold. Waiter was the WORST! He kept saying he’d be right back bit it was more like 10-15 min. The bill was screwed up too. I ran into the manager and he fixed the bill for us. Dear Lord it was a disaster from the time we sat down. Never going back to this Cracker Barrel. We’ve traveled all 50 states and search for Cracker Barrel restaurants, this one is the worst one we’ve ever been to by far. Go somewhere else!

My 1st ever dining there… I’d give it a 3 out of 5! Well I’m a very good cook myself, and I’d say that I love my cooking a lot better than the Cracker Barrel, I’m probably a little bit bias..but I’d definitely recommend them to you if you can’t or don’t have the time to cook for yourself! I had the sampler platter with the shrimp and steak strips,with chicken strips and mashed potatoes.. the steak was good even though she forgot to ask me how I wanted it cooked,a little on the small side..the chicken strips were a little bit disappointing,I was expecting a crispy coating,they were not what I expected.. the shrimp was good! I was disappointed in the serving size of the potatoes and other sides..But I’m some what of a amateur home chef, and I cook soul food everyday, and it’s exceptionally good..so you may have a different opinion than the one that I have.. but I’ll definitely be going there again,I want to explore the other foods on the menu.. like the salad and baked potato and the pancakes!! I’ll probably love it it definitely looks good on the menu..oh and the cornbread is very good and the greens were kinda good too So I’ll definitely be going back,I wanna try the burgers too!!
