I usually get the 5 piece boneless wing combo (Jamaica Jerk) but I wanted something different today so I ordered a steak and cheese combo instead. I mean the sandwich was perfect!! Cooked and assembled well. Fries fresh. This place never disappoints. Give the cook a raise!!

Omggg this America’s Best never fails me. I can confidently say that this location has the best wings in the area hands down!!! Everything cooked was cooked to perfection! The fries were crispy but soft on the inside and not overcooked just how I like them! The wings were hot and crispy on the edges but also tender. The flavors weren’t too overpowering, everything was balanced just right. I’m always hesitant to go anywhere else to get wings because I know they will never surpass the quality that I get here. Time after time I’m always left even more impressed.

I haven’t been to America’s Best Wings in a while. The employees there were friendly and nice. The floors were dirty with napkins and other debris on the floor. The prices are kind of high. There was a lot to pick from on the menu. I got an order of crab sticks and a grilled chicken salad. The fried crab sticks had a nice crunch to them. The grilled chicken salad was very hardy. I normally don’t write reviews, but this was truly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I went to the store last night and ordered a 10-piece wing combo. When I got home, I found a piece of hair on one of the wings. I didn’t contact the store until the next morning. When I called, the woman offered to remake the meal. I asked how something like that could happen, and they replied that it “doesn’t,” which made me feel like they were accusing me of lying. Both the manager and the employee even told me directly that they thought I was making it up.
I stayed quiet and waited for the remake. I did accidentally spill a soda, but I still overheard them talking negatively about me and the situation as if I had done something wrong. When I went to pick up the food, the employee told me I “do this at other restaurants,” basically accusing me of scamming them. They continued to disrespect me and even recorded me, even though I remained calm and respectful.
Because of how poorly I was treated, I called the police. When the officer arrived, I explained that I no longer wanted the food because of the disrespect. The cook then came out and falsely claimed I had been drunk the night before, which wasn’t true. I also have a disability, and hearing them speak about me like that was unacceptable. They even told the officer that I had threatened them, which never happened.
I did receive my refund, but this is a store you should stay far away from. The food is bad, and the customer service is even worse.

Very poor. Today is 1/2 and the time is 5:28PM. I arrived at 5:05 to pick up an order and I’m just leaving 25 minutes later. The problem isn’t so much the wait as it is the lying and lack of communication. Had I known it could take anything over 10 minutes I would have declined the order. I asked and someone told me 5 minutes then it was over 5 minutes I asked again they said 1-2 minutes and it was way over that. POOR. I don’t get paid by the hour, but by the order. I would have cancelled and I known it would take anything more than 10 minutes. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!

I always come here and get the 10 piece wing combo. The price is almost $17 which is pretty steep, but the wings are delicious. I usually stick with the 24k gold, lemon pepper or buffalo wing flavors. (Ask for everything crispy, even the fries) And you’re gonna be a Regular. The customer service is also really good. There’s one older man with a grey and black beard who sometimes seem like he’s annoyed or having a bad day but Overall 9/10.

Great food made fresh every time. I’ve been to numerous locations around the DMV and the same standard quality has been met from Clinton to Temple Hills. I definitely recommend them. The flavors are great and the 24k sauce is amazing.

I ordered 5 whole wings they were so over cooked and still had feathers on them. I was unable to eat them . I will never order here again. I got it the food through door dash they would not had given this to a customer in the store. I feel they serve old food to pick up orders.
