We had a very nice experience at Victoria’s. Right upon walking in the door our family received a warm welcome. The atmosphere the day before Thanksgiving was festive as they were setting up ornaments and decorations. We were taken care of by David L. and he was so friendly and fun! We had 2 amazing bottles of wine that felt like they came from a special wine cellar. The food was outstanding and our family dived into each dish with cheer and a fun kind of competition to get more of the dish than the other or at least not to miss out on the dishes. David chatted with us a bit and I exchanged banter with the bartender hanging ornaments. Fun.

The food was amazing. My favorite was the margherita pizza. The waiter did warn us about the 20 minute waiting time for our pizza and it was worth the wait. However the service could be better. Our server didn’t really check on us enough, especially when we’re were ready to order/ ready to get a dessert menu. We felt ignored even though there were only around 3 tables. It also took 30 minutes for them to serve our ice cream and brownie. We wouldn’t have minded if they informed us about the wait beforehand like how they did with the pizza.

Joe is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and genuinely cared about our experience. He had great recommendations for the wine pairings and knew the menu inside out, explaining dishes in a way that made us excited to order.
What really stood out was how attentive he was without being overbearing. He checked in at exactly the right moments, refilled our water and wine glasses before we even asked, and had impeccable timing throughout the meal. When we had a question about a dish, he didn’t just answer – he actually went back to the kitchen to get details so he could give us accurate info.
The food timing was perfect, plates came out hot, and he was quick to clear and reset between courses. He remembered specific things about our order and made personalized recommendations. When we mentioned it was a special occasion, he went the extra mile to make it feel extra special without making it weird or over the top.
What really got us was his genuine personality – he was professional but also fun and easy to talk to. You could tell he actually cared about us having a great night, not just doing his job. He has an amazing ability to make you feel like you’re a regular even if it’s your first time there.
Honestly, Joe elevated our entire dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be requesting his section. He’s exactly the kind of server that makes a restaurant special. Huge props to him and the entire team. If you go to this restaurant, ask for Joe – you won’t regret it!

This place is so good!! The interiors are really cute and cozy but I’d recommend making a reservation in advance since the place is pretty small.
I got the eggplant Parmesan and it’s one of the best I’ve had in a really long time. The sauce was super flavorful and the eggplant was breaded so well! The gnocchi was also really good. We spent $50 including tip for 2 vegetarian entrees- for the quality it’s a very good price.

Had a great experience at Victoria Tratta Italian! Me and my wife ordered the Margherita pizza and gluten free penne pasta ,both were delicious and exactly how we wanted them customized. Our server Sierra took amazing care of us and made the visit even better. Very friendly environment with a nice pre-Christmas vibe. Highly recommend!

I had an outstanding experience at this restaurant. The Italian food was absolutely unbelievable — every dish was rich, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The service was just as impressive. Delicious food. Eggplant was to die for. Such nice hosts/servers. Gentleman named Joe who sat us so far twice, is so friendly and personable. Young lady, Rose was so sweet and both made us feel so welcome. They are warm and fuzzy. The restaurant is owned by same owners as Stress Factory so they partner together to make getting to comedy show easier. After dinner they walk you over, you can skip line and not wait out in cold, and then seat you. Its a great concept and Joe and Rose are soo sweet! Little delay because it was so crowded and food came out before salads so woman didn’t charge us for that which was very nice of her. Lovely experience and we can’t wait to go back next time we plan on going to Stress Factory.

He was attentive, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations that were spot-on. The food was outstanding from start to finish—fresh, beautifully prepared, and absolutely delicious. We had the meatballs, pasta special with broccoli rabe and sausage, penne vodka with shrimp and eggplant. All were amazing! David’s service elevated the entire evening and made us feel genuinely welcomed and well cared for. We’ll absolutely be back and hope to sit in his section again. Highly recommend!
