Awful experience here.
I ordered a side dish, sat in store for >20 minutes, and only after waiting > 20 minutes the employee stated loudly in front of other customers “WAIT WHAT DID YOU ORDER.”
I said what I ordered, she said “well we’re out so…”
I said: alright well let me know how you’re going to remedy that.
The manager came out, refunded me, and as i was leaving the staff members started denying which one took my order in front of other customers.
The manager was great at correcting her team, but the staff seemed clueless and so out of sync. Such an inappropriate way to handle people generally, and I will never be returning.
This stinks- i love CSC; and used to come here once a week. I will not be returning based on how i was treated by the staff in a situation that could have been so simply fixed.
An alternative wasn’t an option, because they were out of most things, so i was only offered a full refund.
What would have been nice was the opportunity to order something else, as I would have been willing to pay the difference.
Saying “well we’re out” and then going to get the manager immediately when asked “how are you going to remedy that” is such an inappropriate escalation, and i hope the staff members who worked tonight can learn effective problem solving skills in the future before they drive their manager insane.

My wife and I first visit and we were very impressed. A great change up to typical fast food, the fare is diverse and tastes wonderful. I think the prices are comparable to any other place around for lunch. Love the people and the interior too, very clean.

Walked inside to order carry out. The restaurant was out of most chicken salads, which is fine, but we had to play a game of guess which chicken salad is out, which was kind of funny but an inefficient way to order. It would have been fine if they had not forgotten to give us part of our order. When we got home we realized we were missing a side.

Better hope you don’t come to this location on a busy day. The staff is very unorganized and nobody has any clue what is going on. Never even got food because the item I ordered and waited 20 minutes for was gone and it took them that long to tell me. We arrived at 8:20 and the store hours said they were open until 9:00. My son overheard one of the staff members using profane language about us because we came into the store. Unfortunately it only went downhill from there. The lady who took our order was condescending and rude because we had a couple of questions. We were ordering for take out. There wasn’t a large size of the classic in the to go case so I asked if I could order that size. She made it seem like a huge inconvenience. It took 10 minutes for them to put what the cashier said was “premade chicken salad” in a bowl so we could be on our way. We were on our way home from vacation and made a special trip to try this place. All of our family who live in Georgia highly recommended Chicken Salad Chick. The attitude and treatment from the employees in this store truly was horrendous.

The different chicken salads they have is a main reason I go to this place. Their all good to any needs from mild. Moderate,hot and spicy or just old fashioned taste. The prices are good for what you get. This is one of our first choices when trying to decide where to go for a light but fulfilling meal. My number one complaint and only complaint is the service it was slow.

I LOVE chicken salad and have wanted to try this place for a long time. I was sadly disappointed. I ordered the Fruity Fran. My scoop should have been titled the very little Fruity Fran. There were no grapes at all in it, maybe one small bite of apple, and some, but very little, pineapple. I had the broccoli salad as my side. It was the redeeming part of the lunch. For the price point, it was an acceptable lunch, but definitely not what I was hoping for when I chose this establishment. I may give them a second chance and hope it was a one-off, but probably not soon.

This was my first time visiting any of their locations and I was impressed , smiling faces on most and Connie was the best, she even noticed it was our first time, the menu is full of great options. I went for the melt with Olivia. I got the meal so my side was the potato soup and dessert came with it a buttercream cookie ,and the watermelon tea was the absolute Best I have ever had !
My tummy is full and I’m happy with the entire experience .
