My husband and I had a great meal last week. We don’t always make it over to that side of Winter Haven, but we were so glad we did. Had a light lunch and it was so good. Loved the salad bar. Restaurant looked modern and clean. Service was prompt and Margaret was really nice to chat with and knew her stuff. Taking a group of ladies their next month for a birthday. Can’t wait!

Go DJ cause that’s my SERVER! He was absolutely fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Orders were taken accurately, drinks stayed full, and the service was prompt without ever feeling rushed. His positive attitude really enhanced our experience, and we felt genuinely taken care of. Visited Ruby Tuesday yesterday with a group of ten for an early dinner. As usual, I enjoyed the food—Ruby Tuesday’s rarely disappoints.
I almost always opt for the salad bar, and this time was no different. It was fresh and flavorful, though I would have liked to see more fresh fruit options available. Still, everything I tried was delicious. I paired it with the potato soup, which was quite good.
There was a bit of a hiccup when we first arrived. The staff initially seated nine of us at a table meant for eight, and when a tenth guest unexpectedly joined, things got tight—two people were awkwardly sitting on corners. It took a little time and effort, but we were eventually able to add another table and settle in comfortably. The staff wasn’t especially quick to adapt, but we got there in the end.
Several people in our group ordered appetizers, including the fried mushrooms, which I sampled and found very tasty. A couple of folks made a meal of their appetizers and were satisfied with their choices. Others ordered burgers, which got good reviews, and two people had fish, which they both said was excellent.
The atmosphere was casual and relaxed, and the staff was friendly throughout. That said, service was a bit slow—possibly due to the size of our party.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience and enjoyed our visit.

Stay away from their sliders. The meat was paper thin and this is all the cheese they put on it. Taste was very dry and bland. Bad thing is the waiters said she was going to talk to the manager when she took this back and nothing was done got the bill was still charged extra for them. I originally asked for no lettuce and just onions and obviously they had issues getting the order correct. Since the manager wasn’t concerned at all. Figured I would share it as a review. Love how their menu photo shows nice plump burgers with cheese and this is what I got.

Brooke was very attentive she asked us what we wanted to drink as soon as we sat down. She refilled my drink.without request. She also checked on us to see if we needed anything else during our meal. Food was very good.and enjoyed the atmosphere.

Donna was such a great waitress. She was super friendly and had such a great attitude. We were at the Ruby Tuesday in Clermont on Monday with my daughter who was visiting from Mass. the restaurant was 57 degrees, they were out of potato skins, only had one serving of broccoli cheese soup (which came out cold so I asked them to reheat it and then when I got it, it tasted so bad), the trio we ordered consisted of sliders that looked like they had been sitting there for a few hours , mozzarella sticks that were cold and hard and boneless wings that were cold. The whole experience was so bad that we had to go the this Ruby Tuesday’s in Winter Haven to show my daughter that they all are not like that. Thank you Winter Haven Ruby Tuesday for great service.
