It took way too long for my food to come out. There is only one man in the front and looks like only one person on the back. The cashier is overwhelmed, and I can definitely understand. Just dont want his frustration to be taken out on me. I would like to ask for my money back but I don’t feel like arguing with anyone and my kids are even more hungry now then when I first placed the order about an hour ago!!! There should be a hiring sign all over the inside of this place and shame on management for not having the proper staff in place to fulfill the orders coming in!!

Was completely disappointed by the experience I had today. Called in my order (apparently it was a call center and not the actual location) to be sent to my daughter for a special lunch. They took the order and said it would arrive in 25 mins. Then around half an hour later, I received a call from the delivery driver saying he had issues with the delivery…and that’s when we realized it went to the WRONG ADDRESS because the call center rep put in the wrong street name. The driver then said the correct address is out of his delivery range, so take it up with the call center and hung up on me. My daughter didn’t receive her lunch at all. Called the call center about it and they connected me to the store for a refund. The store rep could not hear me over the loud noises there. After 3 minutes of “hello, hello???” I hung up and called the call center again and asked to speak with a manager. Waited 15 minutes to talk to someone, then they said they’ll have Pizza Hut’s district manager reach out to me for a refund. That was around 2:00 PM and it’s now 8:30 PM and no one has contacted me from PH. These call centers are completely useless and this whole back and forth is aggravating for an average pizza. BEWARE that when you call this store’s location, you may not actually be speaking to the actual store reps. Just don’t even bother calling them period because they will not be able to resolve anything for you if needed. So infuriating to see corporate greed affecting customer service, take your money, and not rectify issues.

Pizza was decent when it arrived. It is still warm, with a solid crust and good enough toppings. The wait time was the main problem since the ETA kept changing and it took longer than expected. Overall it’s an okay choice if you have time, but the service can be slow.

Very unprofessional and rude . The employees kept acting as if they didn’t understand me. My order was missing 3 toppings. (They didn’t want to remake it ) I’ve never seen such poor customer service . The lady came from the back and screamed at me. I asked for their names and corporate information. Ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and cinnamon sticks over an hour ago. The app said the pizzas were done and upon arrival I was told they haven’t even started making them. The cashier was very rude and offered no follow up information on when the food would be done. Edit at 7:56pm: my pizza has still not been made and I ordered it at 6:24pm

I stood at the counter for approx 3.5min before someone finally came out to ask why I was there. Before that a staff memebrr came out, took a weak sip of their drink in the fridge, keeping their back to me as to not acknowledge that I was there. Another staff member came out, saw me, and turned right around and went back to the back of the store. Thats when someone came out and politely greeted me. My big regret is leaving a tip when I paid. That was my bad, but at least the pizza was hot and tasty.

In what world is this a pepperoni lovers pizza? I paid an extra $5.50 to upgrade to a pepperoni lovers, and this is what I received. The guy that was working when I picked up the order was rude and immediately dismissed my concerns. I typically wouldn’t make a big deal out of this, but I paid almost $25 after tax and prepaid tip, and this is frankly ridiculous.

Last few times I’ve ordered for delivery, the order was missing drinks and the service wasn’t good. The delivery guy/girl left the pizza and wings on the dog mat and didn’t even bother knocking on the door to let me know order had arrived. I only knew because the app said order was delivered! Then I added the tip to the payment… NEVER AGAIN!!
