Like most jimmy John’s it’s really fast and sandwiches are always too notch. This one is our favorite location out of all the ones we have ever been at because of the staff. Every time we go in whoever takes care of us is always super nice and you can tell they like their job. I’ve worked in good service for a lot of years and you can just tell. Keep up the great work.

I love that they have added toasted sandwiches! I feel like that is what was missing from Jimmy John’s. I’m so glad that they let you now toast the favorites menu. I had the number 11 toasted. It was delicious!

I’d give 5 stars but my order is usually missing a side or I get a different side, or I mention not wanting tomatoes and then I get no veggies at all. I do understand they’re newly opened and trying to get the hang of everything so hopefully it gets better as time goes on. Despite my orders not being completely right it’s still good service and good food. It’s nice having something new around. I would recommend going here.

Always quality food and friendly service. I’ve never had an incorrect order. We placed a very large order (30 sandwiches with sides and drinks) the 2nd day they were open and they had it ready ‘freaky fast’ with zero mistakes. They’re always willing to help when you enter the building.

Good food but how do u have a sub shop that doesn’t make a steak and cheese. Funny they make them everywhere but Kansas who wasted the biggest amount on land for cattle and useless corn. Will never spend a dime there.

Cant rate my experience because while trying to make a delivery order it kept saying can not deliver to your address. So I called the store only to be informed they will not deliver north of 24th street..i happen to live at 27th and morton…3 blocks north. I’m still in city limits..so its a joke. Lost a pretty decent sale tonight..as I decided on dominoes instead since they will happily deliver to my address.

The sandwich we ordered was not right . It went in trash . The guy taking out order made it real uncomfortable. We waited over 15 minutes to get the wrong sandwich for 25 dollars not a good experience . Will not be back. The worst experience I have ever had.
